Old-World Charm! This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. Incredible stonework and tile everywhere. Gorgeous grounds with the best pool we’ve ever been to anywhere in the world, no question. The rooms were lovely-plenty of space with great amenities. The staff was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. The restaurant menu is great. Order the fish ceviche in red sauce-you won’t be disappointed. This place happens to make the best mojitos ever! All this at a most reasonable rate. Go!

Hello all, last weekend we visited this small but quite spa hotel in Tepoztlan Mexico. It was very relaxing and intimate. Service was personalized at all times. Food was excellent and made by french graduate chefs. All areas and rooms are sanitized constantly. Great massages by certified technicians. The hotel has a Temazcal that is used for meditation and aroma therapy. Friends if you want to have a beautiful and relaxing time you must go there. It is about one and half hour from Mexico city. Beautiful scenery in a small town. If you are visiting mexico city and have a weekend free. Go to Rustika. You will not regret it.

The design is amazing, location is convenient and you can always use Uber to go to the downtown, which is 5-8 min away. And the staff is Absolutely wonderful, super friendly and are always ready to help you. Restaurant has a good menu and breakfast is especially delicious.

My aunt and I stayed here for a week in early February. We were there visiting my daughter, who is attending college at Augsburg University, which is within walking distance from the hotel. The accommodations were very nice, and very clean. Everyone there was extremely helpful, even though my Spanish is very limited. We felt very welcome and safe there, and I will stay there again when I come back to visit in a couple of months. The only recommendation that I have, is that it would be great if coffee was offered every morning, rather than having to call for it. Other than that, it was one of the nicest stays I’ve had in many visits to Mexico.

A beautiful Hotel in Cuernavaca, an ideal place to rest, in the downtown.
I stayed in this hotel because it was the closest to my friends home. I stayed in the back part of the hotel that over looks a river. The room was huge. It had one bed and a smal table with chairs. The bed was a little hard for me, but most beds in Mexico are very firm. The pool was very nice and refreshing. The grounds were lovely. The restuarant had the best food. Try the swiss enchalades. I had breakfast there all 3 days I stayed. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Oscar the night clerk was a mecca of information about Malcom Lowry and local scene.. He was awesome to talk to and made the stay even more interesting. The location is convient, near many attractions, yet quite. A short ride from the bus station. The price was very affordable. I willl stay here again.

We are a place of accommodation for comfort and relaxation, plus a nice space to enjoy the weather at the pool, hot tub or wading pool for children. Surrounded by nature, the beauty of its mountains and landscapes that characterize the Magic Village of Tepoztlan, Morelos. Our hostel offers affordable and personalized services.
Since Tepoztlán became a "pueblo Mágico" it turned very pricey, so don't panic when hearing how much a room costs. This CalliHostal is no exception. It is a bit pricey for what it is. Good things: - parking lot -free wi-fi - hot shower (you'll have to wait half an hour to get it) - close some little stores where you canb buy the basics - friendly staff - nice pool and huge garden where you can even play soccer clean and big rooms Not so good things: - they only have the basics for a hostel: bathroom, bed, pool, not working TV - they sometimes run out of water - if you don't have a car, you'll find it hard to get there since the roas is dark and some parts are paved with stones

The hotel is half hotel, hotel apartments. It has two pools, a very nice restaurant facing the lake, a lot of aquatic activities on site and a big garden to rest and spend the day. The rooms are comfortable, not quite new but in very good shape. The view from the room was amazing. The service was great the whole time. The boat-man, Martin, is a great wakeboard professor and a very nice guy.

Booked on line at a hotel booking site. Stayed here years ago and loved it. The courtyard is still beautiful as is the charm of the building and rooms. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Today the hotel is in need of a bit of refresh. We first noted the peeling paint on the street side walls. The restaurant we enjoyed a fine Christmas Eve dinner at was not open nor was the poolside bar during our visit. You can get a beer. Wi-Fi is available but not in the rooms. The rooms are large & have air conditioning, some with fridges. Comfortable firm beds, good linens, large bathrooms with hair dryer, shower in tub, some rooms also have a separate shower stall, lots of hot water, room lighting a bit harsh, cable TV (no English channels), free bottled water, no coffee maker. The included breakfast, served pool side, was very good. The casa is a good choice for its central location.
