Front desk (and everything else), Christine, could not have been more pleasant & helpful. Attached casual restaurant/wine bar is also very good. All in all, a welcome refuge on a rainy November night.

The setting and house where perfect my room was lovely very clean and comfortable,. breakfast was delicious. I was fortunate enough to stay for dinner on two nights and would highly recommend anyone to do the same food was of restaurant quality and delicious made with fresh produce from the local markets. Set in lovely quite rural surroundings ideal for cyclist would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone. I will certainly returning.

Reviewed By Chip1701The hotel is located in an old castle/chateau with beautiful gardens overlooking a lake. Our room was fine with separate toilet and shower/sink rooms. Breakfast was very good. Note- If you don't like going up and down lots of steps, this place is not for you.

Reviewed By Nigel710Stayed here for one night whilst travelling around the Limousin area. Our room was huge and decorated to a very high standard. The shower was amazing and the huge bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of the usual goodies and the coffee ( served in soup bowls ) was excellent. Overall, a great country location which although slightly higher in price than some of it’s peers will not disappoint.

Reviewed By 111nessWonderful little stop over on our way south. Our room was beautiful and very big. We arrived very tired but left very well rested. The little town is fabulous and our hosts booked us into a fantastic little restaurant for supper. Breakfast was very lovely. Would highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable room and nothing was too much bother. Bedroom well equipped including a pod coffee machine, english tv. Decor is a wonderful mix of antique, Art Deco and modern. It works very well. A very comfortable stay. Can thoroughly recommend.

Reviewed By tariwaThe hotel is located just off the main road but is very quiet in the night. There is a small swimming pool with deckchairs. Very friendly reception. Our room was nice and clean. The restaurant serves very good and authentic food.

Hotel with spacious rooms, private bathroom and a restaurant with terrace offering traditional local French cuisine, tea room, snacking. Absolute calm to rest and spend a pleasant stay in front of the fireplace after your walks. Many outdoor activities: hiking or cycling, pedal boats, fishing, heritage tours... 12 kilometers from the A20/E9 exit 22, ideal stage on the holiday route or for a serene stay in unspoilt nature. Free parking. Pets allowed. Motorhome home outside the opening dates of the campsite.

Reviewed By Alison HHad lunch here yesterday. No choice of starter or main but two desserts to chose from and a good wine list. Food lovely and home cooked. Only disappointment was the cheese course - two small pieces of cheese and no choice. The weather was glorious and we sat on the terrace and enjoyed the tranquility and the views of the manicured lawn and the lake. The owner was courteous and welcoming. I shall be returning..
