Rental rooms and studio side port or courtyard and furnished rental Seaside apartments or street ( duplex or full-foot ) .
Fantastic, central location but the room was disappointing, especially as we'd booked in January for a late August stay. We had to go up 2 steep flights of stairs with heavy cases. The sink didn't drain properly, the bathroom amenities were very basic, just 2 x shower gel sachets, no soap or anything else. The bed was more of a 'put-up' bed rather than a proper bed. The price doesn't really reflect the quality of the accommodation unfortunately.

L’Escale is located in the heart of the charming little village of La Noue, in “La place des tilleuls” and close to the Montamer beach. For the hotel, we offer you, ten air-conditioned rooms with the local charm, we will welcome you as well for a step as for a stay. For the restaurant, the chef gonna awake your taste buds with seasonal products, served in our bright and cozy dining room or on our shaded terrace.
Small hotel with 10 rooms. Rooms are modern. Parking is a bit of a problem as there are only narrow streets. Private parking was not possible! The pass sanitair is not controlled and the staff does not wear masks. Not really respectful to the clients who all wear masks. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Perle de Ré is located about 80 m from the sandy beaches and 200 meters from the shops and activities. This property consists of 21 apartments and 6 bedrooms.
We had a lovely stay at Perle de Re. The mezzanine apartment was clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. The staff were great and manage the property well. There are good bars and restaurants close by and also a short walk away in the centre of the village. It is a central location to enjoy visiting the entire island using the fabulous cycle routes. Oh, and there is a great beach just 50m away!

The hotel is stunning and I highly recommend anyone stay here! The owner, Jerome, has done a wonderful job designing each space. All the rooms are different, each more beautiful than the next. They are all very large with high ceilings...everything is tres chic while still being welcoming and warm. Some rooms overlook the gorgeous garden (with a pool) and others have a view of the small harbor so it's a win no matter which room you choose. And as a guest of Le Lanternon, you can get discounts at some local shops. The rooftop (the lanternon) provides the most stunning sunset views of the town and harbor as well. We all can't wait to return.

Located just outside Ars En Re in pretty gardens, this Logis de France has a swimming pool & good parking & was ideal for our 2 night break. The big surprise was our accommodation in a first floor studio apartment in the gardens. We had a south facing private balcony, large room with a tucked away fridge & cooking facilities, so would be good for a longer stayover. In addition we had a separate toilet & shower room. The hotel restaurant serves an excellent multi course dinner & lunch with the menu du jour costing 29 euros.

It is a unique place with little cabana style rooms centered around 2 pools. Food is good for dinner, breakfast a bit standard. Could not find any fresh fruit. What I truly liked is that it is a place that can not be compared with hotel hotels. Not a lot of privacy as everybody can look into your room given the structure.

I can highly recommend this delightful private self catering accommodation on the southern end of Ile de Re. Our first trip was delightful and memorable thanks to our attentive hosts who couldn't have been more welcoming. Our one bedroom studio "Salicorne" was on the end and featured a compact, well equipped high end kitchen diner overlooking the pool and garden. Huge bed was very comfy, gorgeous shower and tub. One of those places where you can tell a lot of love and care has been taken with decor and finishes. Clean and lovely. I'm picky and I wouldn't hesitate booking again. We both said this is where we would have chosen to be locked down if we couldn't get out of France!

Les Cles d’Ars have been rated as the most exclusive guesthouse of Ars.
After spending six nights at Le Clés d’Ars in May '22, we both thought this was one of the loveliest places we've ever stayed, anywhere. Christine and Arnaud have created a calm, tasteful oasis in Ars en Ré; genuinely, a tiny piece of paradise on Île de Ré. They are both experts in hospitality and it really shows. They made us feel so welcome in a warm, kind but discreet way. We really did feel as if we were staying with close family friends. The common areas of this exceptional location have been carefully designed in a really tasteful, timeless way. So you feel as if you are staying in an exclusive hotel, even though it's a three-room guest house. The centrepiece is a cool, private courtyard, surrounded by climbing plants, and birdsong that leaves you feeling as if you're enjoying breakfast in a forest glade. And Christine's sublime breakfasts' legendary status is richly deserved (warning: they're also extremely generous. The fresh juice, fresh fruit, granola, yoghurt, great coffee and basket of bread and pastries left us full all morning). Our room was excellent, finished to a very high spec with a fantastic overhead shower. We also both slept really soundly, despite being at the front of the building – mainly thanks to the very excellent, firm mattress. There was some street noise one night while we were there (to be expected near the port). But, overall, we found the area was almost silent from 22:00 onwards, even in May. Christine and Arnaud have earned their high rankings on Booking.com and Tripadvisor for good reason and we would recommend them to anyone who's planning to visit this fascinating island.

Very nice place with independent rooms right in the garden inviting for a sit in a sunny afternoon. The biggest hits of the place are the bikes for free, the great petit-déjeuner, and the very friendly hosts always trying to do everything for you to feel well. All in all a very good place to stay when visiting the Île the Ré as you can enjoy the luxury of great bike rides without the hassle of bringing them there.

Highly recommend Maison Face au Soleil if you prefer individually decorated rooms with personal charm. We had the suite with terrace and additional room - as three friends, this was a perfect arrangement, we had plenty of space and an extra shower room to use. We spent most of the time out cycling but could easily have stayed and relaxed in the courtyard. Being able to use the fridge and some of the kitchen was also very useful. Pierre was very helpful throughout, not hesitating to assist with restaurant and taxi reservations. His breakfasts are also a treat to look forward to. I definitely hope to return to Ile de Re and to stay here again!
