Such a warm welcome from Erton. The rooms are amazing. Large and done to a high finish. The views of the local attractions are amazing. The gardens are like a oasis. The food was delicious and so many choices. Loved the homemade jams and cakes. Very close to many attractions such as Salamis Karpaz and Varosha. We flew into Larnaca, got a taxi to Nicosia crossed the border, picked up a high car. No problem. Covid passes for both north and south needed.

The hotel is very smart looking from the outside and the decor inside is first class. We booked a suite in the Adult Wing sector the suite was excellent the service from the daily cleaner was exceptional nothing fancy but very clean and tidy. The pool area for the adult wing was clean and tidy and the bar located close by was very good with excellent service from the team. The downside was that when we booked the holiday via EasyJet all facilities were subject to COVID and prior to our travel departure date the 24th May 2022 there had been no information about any facilities still closed albeit the COVID experience had reduced dramatically. When we arrived the Adult Wing Atlantis Restaraunt was closed and remained closed throughout our 10 day stay this was where we had been told prior that breakfast and evening meals would be served…….. We were rerouted to the main large fully inclusive restaurant which was not what we anticipated it was large their was food strewn across the floor and albeit there were many staff it still left a lot to be desired in fact we only had breakfast twice there. We ended up every morning going across the road to The Bakery for a Coffee and Croissant. There were also two other areas closed The Victory Pub and The Dionyssos Restaurant. We were not informed of any closures at the hotel just prior to travelling or when we checked into the hotel this was never mentioned……..for a supposed 5 star hotel we felt this was unacceptable We ate twice in the Glasshouse Restaraunt on the 5th floor the food was good the service at the table could have been better. It is a very large hotel with many pools and areas to sunbathe and relax but in our opinion it is not a 5 star accommodation…….4 star at best.

Decided to stay overnight whilst exploring the Karpaz peninsular so booked Castle Karpasia a few weeks before on booking.com. We arrived around 4 pm and were immediately shown to our room which was number 3. The room was a good size with comfortable double and single bed, air con, fridge, tv and shower room and adequate for our family of three. The room was very clean. We had a good size terrace with table and chairs which overlooked the garden which had a variety of fruit trees and some pet ducks. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing The family who run the B & B were very friendly and welcoming and spoke some English. I asked about local restaurants and after being given directions to a couple was advised that they served a simple menu of turkish cypriot food which we decided to take advantage of. We ordered Kofte and Gozleme which were served with chips, fresh salad, bread and home made pickles. The food was simple but tasty. They also provided beer, soft drinks and water. After a good nights sleep we were served a good turkish breakfast with eggs, meat, cheese, cheese borek, bread and homemade preserves and honey and yogurt. Again the food was simple and tasty. I settled the bill (or so I thought) and we continued our exploration of the area. Shortly after I received a message to say that my credit card had not been debited for our stay. After much communication it became obvious that I would not be able to settle the bill until my return to the UK which I eventually did. During discussions with the owners they were pleasant, courteous and understanding in the difficulties I faced trying to settle the bill. I would definitely recommend taking your time to explore the Karpas peninsular and stay overnight at this delightful little B & B.

We stayed as part of a big group, and we could not have been made more welcome from start to finish. Our rooms were all huge, and mine had been very recently renovated and was beautiful, and spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable, AC very efficient. Breakfast was great - a lovely buffet with everything you needed, including freshly-cooked omelettes, French toast, etc. Dinners were great both nights - served to our table one night, and a buffet the second. There were fifty of us - no mean feat to get everyone served at the same time, but they did it. We also had a go on the new zipwire! Wow, what an experience! Some of us were more nervous than others, but the staff were so professional and reassuring, and even the biggest scaredy-cats plucked up the courage in the end. Such fun - and not expensive. It's a great additional touch to what is already a lovely little resort, on a beautiful beach. I look forward to coming back again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Perfect location in the old walled town, lovely large room which was spotlessly clean. I think the owner has been on an interior design course. The owner was very friendly, he even gave us a lift to the border so we could retrieve our hire car. Don't miss this, its very special.

Impeccable Service Having visited many hotels in the area, I can honestly say I have never encountered such impeccable service as I did at the NapaSol, by all the staff but especially Agnes. Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be, and her customer service alone is enough to ensure that it is a pleasure to stay here.

Bu yaz 2 kere konaklama imkanı bulduğumuz livana otel’i tüm karpaz sevenlere tavsiye ederim.

Good basic accommodation with air conditioning in the rooms and a fridge which was handy for keeping drinks cold. We got over the language barriers with google translate. They had our room ready early as we arrived on an 8am flight Very relaxing place with a lovely fresh meze breakfast included. We only had a small snack here as the menu was a little expensive for the area and was in euros. There are 2 approach roads, make sure to take the one that is clearly signposted from the main road as this is tarmac but we made the mistake of following google maps which took is up the other track which is really rough!! There is a wonderful beach close by, no facilities but sandy and shallow crystal clear water. A great base for a night if you’re exploring the Karpaz peninsula.
