Reviewed By Eagle_dkThis small B&B on a former farm is excellently located 5 min drive from Mols Bjerge. Room and bathroom modernised and very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of storing space. Coffee and tea facilities to share for two rooms. Very comfy bed. Nice views to the hills and Kalø Vig. Friendly and service minded hostess. Restaurants in Femmøller (2 km) or Rønde (10 km). Good value for money.

A Nice Regional Inn
Reviewed By igneous1We had a pleasant stay at Auning Kro. I was able to easily split the double bed into separate twins. I think it must be a dog friendly place as I met a nice dog there after hearing barking in the halls. The service is limited by a lack of staff. We were treated well when we could catch someone. There is a nice, well-lit dining room (with limited kitchen hours), and more to my liking, a smaller, dark bar room where I struck up a conversation with a friendly Dane. The location is quite central, across from the library. This can mean steady, low traffic noise in the morning (mostly a lot of swishing sounds). A nice bakery is a very short walk away. Our room had a strong WiFi signal, and the radiators were effective in keeping the room warm when needed.

Cozy and welcoming!
Reviewed By 311dainasMy friend and I spent two wonderful nights in this adorable B and B. Our host was extremely helpful and everything was so easy, from the booking, over the arrival to breakfast. The room was very cozy and (something I highly prize) quiet! There was a fridge and tea kettle for our use. Our host recommended an excellent italian restaurant and was even so kind as to print out the menu with the prices for us! We had a delicious dinner there, but I would definitely recommend making a reservation on weekends - the place was packed! Breakfast is offered at the B and B and was delicious, more than enough and to an unbeatable price. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay there again!

Very nice B&B/hostel
Reviewed By Tobbe LWe spent two nights at this wonderful little hostel. Very nice and clean. Comfy beds. The rooms are well kept after (fresh paint, wallpapers, carpets etc). You can bring your own bedding linens, or pay extra to use theirs. You can pay extra to eat from their (pretty basic/standard scandinavian style) breakfast buffet, or cook and eat your own in the kitchen.

Great B & B experience , great hosts
Reviewed By bess32355We were given a large well furnished and decorated room with plenty of windows. The beds and linen were excellent. The views of the gardens were peaceful. In doors all is bright! attractive and comfortable: plenty of art, books and CDs + flowers. We shared bathrooms and enjoyed conversations and fresh baked bread with Danish guests and the friendly hosts. We were delighted to relax in the large garden with several places for sitting. The host kept apologizing for cool weather , but all was fine with us!

A small oasis
Reviewed By Jan SStayed there for 2 nigths for a wedding. A small oasis and a very cosy little place. like visiting your grandmothers summerhouse with a very personal service. The breakfast is with freshly baked bread in the morning and all homemade food. Is for sure coming back.

Reviewed By igneousoneGreat hospitality. Well placed near Grenaa, Hjembæk beach and the Sangstrup cliffs, Voldby church, and the Thorsø Høje mounds. The breakfast is not free but it's good. We had two shared bathrooms available to us, plus our own little refrigerator and access to a shared kitchen. Laundry facilities are available for 50 DKK per load. I imagine the fishing is good.
