C'est dans l'ancienne demeure de charme (500m²) de Pierre Etienne Janneau, fondateur en 1851 de l'armagnac JANNEAU, une des plus anciennes maisons d'armagnac que Lydie BELVAL vous accueillera. ​ Accolée au chai qui produit cet armagnac, devenu à ce jour, la maison AURIAN, liquoriste de renom. ​ Deux années de travaux nous ont permis de vous ouvrir ses portes. ​ Plafonds à corniches, parquets d'époque, boiseries, jardin intérieur, passerelle pour accéder au parc, plusieurs salons pour se détendre, magnifique salle à manger pour des petits déjeuners gourmands.
