The Riposo del Vento B&B is a small conglomerate of trulli and lamie, built entirely in local stone and dating back to the end of the 19th century. It has been restored recently, but in complete respect of the original aspects, both in structure and in furnishing. The water was then drawn from the cistern with an iron bucket. This canal system and the cistern are still in use nowadays to irrigate the lawn and all the greenery that surrounds you.
