Excellent Hampton, Return Visit
Reviewed By mibencoI have stayed at this particular Hampton Inn & Suites on several occasions. It is a consistently excellent property. Since my last visit, the rooms have been redone. Everything felt clean and fresh. The bedding and towels were excellent. This is a busy property but it is definitely well-kept. There aren't many good choices in Lake Wales and in my opinion this is the best option in town. Recommended.

The staff is the backbone one this place: they maintain this 1883 beauty with love and attention. Every little detail is attended to. The rooms are small but lovely with towering windows. The grounds are majestic with exotic foliage and statues. The location is perfect: hidden away from the bustling quaint town. Breakfast on the porch is a civilized way to end your trip before check out. Not cheap— but a treat you will treasure! Highest praise!

Loved the antique decor and we loved the screened in patio where we had our morning coffee . We walked to downtown which was a few minutes away . How charming Mt Dora is . We will be back for sure .

Lakeside Inn and Cafe is a cheap, peaceful and quiet place to stay. It is the only Inn/accommodation in Saint Cloud Florida by the Alligator Chain of Lake. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Lakeside Inn is just 5 minutes drive from Harmony Golf Course. The only lodging place near to Florida Ecosafari, 2 minutes drive to Reptile World Serpentarium and 20 minutes drive to Disney World and 35 minutes drive to MCO Orlando International Airport and 35 minutes drive to Florida Mall.

Reviewed By StarfishgirlsWe were in St Cloud for a family event and wanted to stay nearby. The motel is tucked in a lakeside residential area and has landscaping that makes it feel private. The room was vintage 1950’s, but clean and comfortable with new fixtures. The front desk attendant was friendly and accommodating. Publix and Walgreens are 5-10 minutes away. There is also a dock to walk out on, and a small area to sit and enjoy the lake view. We will recommend to others in our family!

Adora Inn, the only modern style inn in downtown Mount Dora is walking distance to all the town's shops, restaurants, parks, tennis courts, festivals and only thirty-five minute drive from the Orlando theme parks. Reserve online and "Add to your stay" Candle-lit Dinner, flowers, gourmet munchies or in-room massage.
Great place for a weekend getaway. Only place we stay in Mt Dora.

We have been their guest at least 5 times over the past 10 years. Usually we stay in the Olive Room but also have been in the Treehouse Room and enjoyed them both.

Unique Boutique Hotel, 100 years of old world charm with a modern twist. Set amongst small shops and wonderful restaurants, close to E Lake Toho. Fishing, golfing, nature reserve and very close to Disney Parks. Airport 20 minute drive. Everything you need for a perfect comfortable stay.

It was quiet and it was a Friday night. Read other reviews about the smell of cigarettes, since I don't have a sense of smell, I didn't notice it. I think they did a good job of upgrading/modernizing the rooms of historic hotel. The bathroom was upgraded in parts but still left the old time charm. Two suggestions: A little better sign as to which door to use out front. Would have been nice to have a map in the room of the restaurants and shops in the area. Maybe Chamber of Commerce can help? The area is up and coming and went to a delicious restaurant just a block away

Nice clean, I mean clean room, owners were nice and accommodating. Stayed 3 nights over the weekend and visited the area. Great little place for those that want to rest, relax and not break the bank. Was cooler weather so didn't mind there was no pool.

Gracious Victorian Residence with a Tropical Flair overlooking Lake Dora, recently created to reflect times from our glorious past. Most of our rooms/suites have a view of Lake Dora, three have a fireplace and most can accommodate four guests or more if needed; they are unusually spacious and have an ensuite bath, mini frig, coffee pot, TV, embroidered bathrobes, irons/boards, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer and other amenities not typically found in small lodging establishments. You may find less expensive accommodations, however you will not find any that are nicer.. We also offer Handicap and separate 'Pet Friendly" accommodations and are a short walk to Historic Downtown Mount Dora's fine shops & restaurants, Mount Dora is 'Someplace Special.'

We felt like we we're visiting a relative. Relaxing, no rush, very comfortable atmosphere. Easy walk to downtown Mt Dora and a quick drive to Tavares.

Reviewed By 315bentcThe rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. It is close to many attractions and there is a restaurant nearby. The staffs are friendly and the owners are very accomodating, making sure that they attend to there guest needs for a comfy stay. It is value for money.
