Me and two colleagues stayed for 2 nights at the B&B owned and managed by Ruth Jones. The cottage is very simple but nicely arranged and well equipped. Immersed in the wild nature of Anglesey few minutes from the sea. The cherry on top of the cake was the freshly cooked breakfast in perfect Welsh style, we just loved it! Will definitely go back.

Your hosts Marjorie and Miles Woolfenden welcome you to Castaway. En-suite rooms, digital TVs, beverage tray, off road parking, pets by arrangement. If you are searching for the ultimate then look no further. WTB guest house award winner. Brochure on request.
We were greeted by our lovely hosts Marjorie and Miles and shown to our individual apartment. Beautiful decor and immaculately clean. Everything you could want was there. The bonus of an individual outside seating area that had a delightful shelter that kept the breeze away enabling you to stay outside way beyond sunset without the need for blankets. Sea view from most apartments. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the not too distant future. WiFi and digital tv included in the apartment. 5 Star +

We decided on a last minute long weekend to Anglesey, we happened across this hotel, the food was of a decent quality, beer was well kept (although a bit pricey) the decor is a bit on the dated side but it was clean, the young couple who are running the place at the moment are doing a sterling job, nothing was too much trouble for them, they really did bend over backwards to make our stay an extremely pleasant time, keep up the good work jeff and Steph :)

If there was a minus rating, this place would get it. The overwhelming smell of smoke filled the whole place. The decor was tired and the building cracked and uncared for. The rooms were dirty and old fashioned. To top everything off, loud music played throughout the night with bass thumping through the bedroom wall. We left one night early and will not be returning, ever. Recommend others avoid at all costs!

Just returned from a weekend with friends. Stayed in room 5, fabulous room with great views. There was also easy access to a great beach and the coast path just over the road. Breakfast was lovely, loads of choice and the cooked breakfast was really perfect. A very pleasant and chilled atmosphere, I would visit again and highly recommend Seaview.

Our recent one week stay (March 27th - April 3rd) at Woodlands was absolutely fantastic! The house is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Loved having the games room in the basement, the large conservatory and the beautiful garden. It was so nice to get away for a while. The booking process was extremely efficient, thank you Michael. We plan to return in the future.

We are a small family run hotel on the beautiful island of Anglesey. we have an onsite bar and restaurant. we are on the bus route from Bangor. we are on the costal path route. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms, 2 with fantastic sea views we also have a family room. All rooms have had new beds following a change in ownership. We serve good quality reasonably priced food every day. There is a large function room which caters for every occasion.
My friend and I went for some food and drinks here, lovely food and service. Although the garlic bread was basically just bread with half melted cheese on it. My friend answered a phone call off a friend and we were bellowed at by a rude old woman across the pub!! “Oh no you can stop that right now we don’t want to hear your conversation” (as they were all loudly shouting and laughing) Really ruined our experience of this pub, we will not be visiting again. Shame how some entitled people can ruin your meal.

Welcome-Croeso! Special. . . Outstanding. . . Beautiful are only some of the comments repeatedly used by guests to describe Hafod. Hafod is an impressive Edwardian house set in well established attractive gardens with superb sea and mountain views. Having bought the property in 1998, Hugh and Ann Astley started an extensive refurbishment programme to bring Hafod back to its former glory. The large oak dog leg stairs, the unique stained glass windows, high ceilings, sumptuous carpets and furnishings, fine antique furniture and period fireplaces are only some of the features that make a visit to Hafod unforgettable. Accommodation at Hafod is offered in four comfortable and attractive family, double and twin rooms. Most rooms have en-suite facilities and panoramic views of the sea. All rooms have central heating a colour television, hospitality tray and hair dryers. Breakfast is served in the lovely dining room which is furnished with Welsh antique furniture.
My boyfriend and I came here on our first weekend away together and have gone on our anniversary ever since. The lady who owns it makes you feel so at home. Perfect location with excellent views! Breakfast is yummy too! Really good value for money.
