Reviewed By Aidnes K SThis is my second stay in this posada, and I have to say, they are as amazing as they were in October 2017. I love this spot! The place is incredibly close by to several other locations of importance, and without a doubt, the service is by far, the best I've ever had so far. The staff is amazing: they help you find the places you need. Want a meal? Ask them, they'll show you. A cab? They'll find one for you. They are amazingly helpful and nice, making the experience all the more charming. The rooms are nice and cozy. While there were animals (ants and the like) in some spaces, I think that the overall condition of the place (as far as cleanliness) was somewhat acceptable. The towels though, were quite rough. The internet was intermittent, but I was in room 15 and it had a strong signal. - Close by amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies) at walking distance. - Wi-fi throughout the whole building. - Great customer service. - Comfortable beds. - Full hospitality amenities (water jugs, microwave, etc). It's a great place, for an acceptable price and really comfortable if you want to stay in an amenable spot. Would totally recommend!

Nice, but expensive
Reviewed By harholmLived in the city before, but my first visit to the hotel. Stayed there1 + 10 days. Booked it because i remembered it "as a good place/name" - well, think it has changed. The hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. Sure, it has big rooms, a pool and nice resturant, but the price is way to high - there are better and cheaper places to stay. Anyhow: The service at the hotel is okay, the staff in general is kind, even if one of the "staff" told me a lie about when the "laugage guy" was working (only after 8am), so when I called the recepcion at 6am to pick up my bags.....No such luck, had to drag my 3 suitcases and handbag down stairs and the 150 m to the reception. Nice morning workout :( Okay, the rooms are big and clean, but remember the "moskito spray" i had to buy one after my arms had like 15 stings. The rooms have TV, air con, so that is great. Internet.... hmmm... only in the "more expensive" part of the rooms, and open WIFI in the resturant. But..... you have to buy a card to use it, like 10 BsF for 3-6 hours. Should be free, when checking in. Pool..... ahhh.... the famous pool. Whent for a swim and did not do that again. The said the pool was cleaned once a week! I droped in the pool, the day after is "was closed for cleaning" and it was far from clean... lots of leavs, dead animals (bies, butterflies and so on). The resturant, is okay... had dinner at the resturant and room service, both okay, nothing fancy - prices a bit high, but the again, it's a hotel, so that's how it is. The price - it's a okay hotel for a night, close to the industrial aera, so if your going there it's a nice hotel, but the price is way to high. The think it's a 100 dollar hotel, should be more like a 50 dollar place.
