Did a day trip out of Panama City to this beach. Not very crowded on the day we went. Pleasant boat ride. Good water, nice service, good beach. I'd recommend staying overnight at least one night. Next time I go I will plan that. Its a lot to get in with a quick day trip turn around.

This beautiful little island offers a wonderful experience at an affordable price. Restaurants are good, (a few very good). The beaches invite you to swim in the calm waters of Taboga Bay with many activities to enjoy. Kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, diving, etc. The list is almost endless. Don't like the beach? Bring your mountain bike for some very challenging climbs and descents. Two ferry's service the island daily.

Contadora Island for a day trip is great! We took the ferry and once we arrived, we walked and explored the island. There are many beautiful beaches. We enjoyed the beaches and the water. Bring your snorkel gear and see all kinds of fish and coral! We stopped at a small store (supermarket) and got a drink which was priced very reasonably. There appeared to be nice accommodations if you choose to stay for a night or two. We explored an abandoned resort and beached ferry boat. All in all, it was a great daytrip!

Located in the heart of the Gulf of Panama surrounded by beaches with white sands and crystal clear waters is Balu Beach Club in Isla Viveros, pertaining to the Archipelago de las Perlas. Here you will find a new door to adventure, an ideal place for those who want to escape from the routine, to enjoy the sun and sand, varied cuisine and a quiet environment to enjoy.
