The umbrellas are out on the roof-top bar of the Imperial Hotel, it's a great place for a drink after work. Even better, there's a happy hour (or hours) from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday in the main bar. The Imperial is at the top of Bourke Street, opposite Parliament House.
