Funky Buddha Brewery

Reviewed By CUTiger81 - Marietta, United States

We stopped by here before going to dinner. I try to visit a local brewery whenever I'm traveling. I have to say these were some of the best craft beers I've had. Very unique flavor combinations. They have a small kitchen in the back; the food pairs exceptional well with the beers. I would suggest doing one of the flights. I had the core beer flight. I truly enjoyed them all. Also got a pint of the Maple Bacon Coffee Porter. It pairs well with the maple bacon strips :) The tasting room is fairly large; plenty of seating. I saw a few people with kids and dogs. As it gets later, I would recommend not having either there. It can get pretty crowded and it may be overwhelming for some animals and kids. Just a heads up, make sure you Lyft or Uber drops you off in the front. The apps has the entrance in the back where the warehouse is.

I don't know where to start there is so much good about this nano brewery that makes it a local diamond in the rough. The origin story may be a good place. Joey Farrell and Kyle Jones are lifelong friends with a dream come true brewery partnership, both highly capable men with impressive resumes! For 6 years, I've been making LauderAle my weekly stop for meeting up with my friends those who who work there and visitors. Watching my happy place grow into an outstanding music and dining place (on certain nights) is my great joy. I bring all my out of town friends and give it as a strong recommendation to new friends. The beer garden is the most comfortable outdoor living room ever. Jimmy the head brewer, is a brew master master craftsman cicerone. I thank him personally for the new flavors brings out. The staff is more like my friends on the back side of the bar. So much to enjoy, bring your smiles and be prepared have a great time!
