The first evening we passed this restaurant, it smelled so good that we decided we had to have a meal there, so we booked a table for the next evening. We weren't wrong! The arrosticini are excellent-lamb and fegato, the antipasti were also tasty and the wine accompanied it all to perfection. Some might find it noisy and crowded, but it's an Italian trattoria, what do you expect? For a reasonable price we spent an agreeable evening there and left satiated and very pleased. Book in advance, as the place seems to be crowded all the time.

This restaurant is hidden quite far from the city center. But it looks very appealing from the outside. The decorations are quite stunning, very retro. When we arrived at 7pm we were alone in the restaurant, but as 8pm was approaching more people came. At first we weren't noticed by the employees so I had to go inside to attract some attention. I was surprised that the staff spoke english which I don't see very often here in Italy. We ordered two pizzas, marinara and diavola. I really wanted to try the wholemeal pizza dough and I must say that It was delicious just how I like it. It was fluffy on the edges and super thin in the middle ! We also had gnocchi porcini and they were really good as well. We also had bruschetta miste as an appetizer. It was okay but nothing spectacular, I would appreciate to top them with fresh italian tomatoes rather than passata but that's just personal preference.I guess the only downside for me would be the service. They didn't look like they enjoy their work very much and I didn't feel comfortable when they kept circling our table to see if we're finished. I understand that you check on the table a couple times per night but not every minute or so. I really felt pressured to finish up my plate.Hello, thanks for choosing us, we are happy to have met your expectations and have given you a pleasant experience. We are sorry to read your words of dissatisfaction with our room service.Come back soon to visit us :) maybe to improve your general opinion on our Staff ;)

Wonderful restaurant with sea view, where you can savor the best fish dishes of the tculinary tradition of Abruzzo. All this, pampered by the scent of the sea and the rustle of the waves that are only a few steps away from the restaurant terrace. Healthy
This is a great place to eat if you're looking for good food, great location and friendly owners. The food was delicious, and the owner and his wife were very helpful giving our picky-eater kids advice on what they might like. We ate everything they brought out, and wished we weren't too full for dessert!

We happened to find this restaurant. Sure glad we did. Seems most customers are local. They know where the good stuff is. My companion ordered rage meat plate (sausage, pork, chicken, beef) and loved it. You can see what I ordered. Best ever. We shared the antipasto plate.Excellent food, fine service ... fair price. What else are you looking for? Give it a go. Grazie per la vostra recensione. Molto gradita

Arrosticini is a popular dish in this region and you order a number of them and share amongst friends! We saw this place and thought it was a bit themed but it got recommended to us by our tour guide for the famous lamb skewers. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening! They make their own wine which is 12 euros a litre and have a large selection of beers from around the world. They do a large sharer plate of t bone steak aged and sliced, we had that then shared some skewers. The restaurant is a bit themed but makes a nice change from the usual cuisine! Would go back again for the skewers for sure, they at under a euro each and very addictive!Owner was really friendly and helpful, didn't push for us to over order either! I think they have live music some nights so could be a good night out!

Kind of alternative for the local average with electro-swing music in the background. Informal attitude. As for the food, yes, the "Pallotte" (egg and cheese balls in a tomato sauce) were very tasty (and an interesting alternative to the usual meat balls); the rest of the dishes were pleasant enough, although not memorable. As for the service, it was really amicable and welcoming at the beginning with our waitress but once she left, they basically forgot about us altogether. The potentials are there.. But this experience hasn't quite done it for me.

The place rocks!!! This is the place to go for the REAL arrosticini: great meat, supremely well cooked. The sandwiches also look extremely appetizing, but the real treat here are the fresh off the grill "rostelle". The price is slightly above average, but these are the best arrosticini money can buy.

Diavolo Aqua Santa, a wonderful view of the city and valley below. There were a few tables for couples as most of the restaurant was given over to an 18th birthday celebration. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He was born in New York but moved back to Italy with his Italian parents when he was nine years old. We shared a first course of pasta and a main course of Argentine beef tagliata, some french fried potatoes, and a rich chocolate torte. Of course we accompanied this with a nice bottle of the local red wine. We watched the young Italian couples courting and the family gathering of about 40 persons enjoying themselves and each otherâs company. highly recommended.
