They have quite a long menu, but food is not good. You can go to so many better restaurants in Piran that this place is really not reccomendable.

Off season visit to this lovely restaurant. We had lots of space and the truly warm and friendly host to ourselves. Add a blazing fireplace and you get a very cozy place for an evening (well, you have to like the cheesy local music but I guess thatâs about the only thing one could dislike here).The food was excellent with fresh fish and calamari fritti, home made pasta with truffles etc. But the best dish was undeniably the boscarin carpaccio with truffle from the woods and cold pressed olive oil if the season. Impeccable!

We went there to have dinner and the atmosphere was very nice, with traditional Istrian music playing. The fish was excellent and the staff super-friendly. Another plus is the free parking available on the premises, which is rare in Umag. All in all, everything you need for a nice relaxed evening, enjoying Istria at its most beautiful

Perfect to have a fast and tasty meal.Reccommended place!///////Full review:Went with my gf for dinner and grabbed pizza (kmeÄka - farmer's pizza) with caesar salad. She said the dough was too thin but still excellent. I was not so picky, ate everything without comments lol. In the end we both weren't disappointed, since the dishes were tasty. Excellent beer on tap. Good wine too. Good coffe. Big tables, plenty of space. Olive trees to spark the surrounding on the terrace. To begin with, they have a nice and accomodating surrounding; private parking and indoor/outside possibility to seat.That pretty industrial feeling with old lamps, bricks and thick wooden tables. Big copper barrels to make beer with all pipes attached really makes the ambient good. Although not the fanciest place, they do really know how to prepare and serve dishes with style.Food has improved a little bit, been there a few times with friends. Good tap beer (made in house) to seal the deal. Selection of spirits is good too.If you are in the area, be sure to check them out. Near the main road, impossible to miss.

simply wow.ravioli with truffles, gnocchi with asparagus....then 1 beef filet with parmesan cheese and one beef steak in truffles...and we were basically blown away. this place is the real deal for truffle lovers. we will return!ps: the pic attached is a steak covered in truffles. didn't think this cover was necessary for a good piece of meat....but I learned it was!!!

Yesterday rain was pouring in Piran, and we got caught up in the middle of a storm, so we decided to enjoy our dinner at this restaurant which is located at the beginning of the harbour.We sat in the outdoor terrace, from which we had a nice view despite the cold wind.We ordered cevapcici, a salad and grilled bell peppers.Food was good, although the peppers could have been hot, and my ajvar was never brought to the table but in the end we were charged for it to my disappointment.We also had a baklava which was very good and large.Overall a good place to dine at, if you do not eat meat your choice will be very limited though.Service was friendly but could have been more attentive.

One of the best grills around. Very fresh and homemade. Big servings for fair money!A must go if you are around. I only miss coffee in the menu...But also without coffee huge 5 Stars!!!Really good!

Very friendly staff. The menu card is translated into different languages like German, English and probably Italian so you know exactly what you're ordering just as if you're at home. The restaurant serves excellent and delicious food at reasonable prices.
