We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is 5 star, service quality everything. This terrace literally has the best view in all of old montreal. We went during the day but its most spectacular at night time. Then ferris wheel tour in the distance is lit up at night and you can see the moonrise too over the water. Just a beautiful view at night. They have heat lamps over the bar itself. Plenty of seating. The staff was accomodating, friendly. The place is busy it seemed all the time, mid week afternoon or evening, i can see why, truly a great view. We had an appetizer the first day, the rest of the time, just drinks. Good selection.

After arriving in Montreal we checked into the Hotel Alt and wandered outside to find dinner. Three restaurants are right there and we picked Zibo. Had a couple of cocktails, pretty decent Mojito. I had the tuna and my wife had the sea bass. Tuna was perfectly cooked, that is to say just barely. Decent portions and beautiful presentation. Sea bass was excellent as well. Seemed kinda pricey, but as we soon found out, thatâs the norm in this area. Service was very good, bilingual waiter was friendly and attentive. Would return except there are so many alternatives within a few blocks we never did.Hello ,Thank you for your feedback.Hoping to see you soon in a restaurant,The ZIBO team!

When you come to ""La Belle et La Boeuf"" you will be served a great burger and an even greater cocktail. BUT !!! We don't only serve food we serve fun and guarantee you're gonna make memories to last you a lifetime. It's about the experience and making
We had dinner at this establishment and were pretty happy overall. They seemed a bit overwhelmed with customers on the patio, but other than that, I have no complaints. We shared a few dishes, and my daughter had a raspberry mojito. Her drink was great. We ordered the Dead Serious Nachos, Classic Poutine, and a Caesar salad. No complaints. The serving sizes are large. Their poutine is wonderful. Only problem with the nachos is that they got very soggy relatively quickly. The patio itself was very crowded, and there was barely elbow room, but that would be my only issue.Hi , thanks for the great comments. Hope to serve you soon again!

Unpretentious choice with a bar featuring Californian-inspired cuisine & weekday drink specials.
On the 18th of August, we had dinner at this lovely restaurant. The staff was very friendly and polite, especially our waitress Florence. We ordered the poutine, the filet mignon, the salmon, the burger and the teriyaki noodles and everything was very delicious and fresh (and the portions were very big!). It was definitely our best restaurant experience in Montreal! Hello Mariekeg864,Thank you for your feedback.Hoping to see you soon in a restaurant,The ZIBO team!

Found this restaurant on Trip Advisor, and since hubby loves steak, figured weâd give it a try! We had one of the specials, steak with porcini mushrooms. I had steak Oscar with shrimp and scallops. Everything was wonderful, including the service. With a reservation, they greet you with a glass of sparkling wine, so lovely! Also, you must try the house special dessert , mocha ice cream pie!

What a pleasant surprise to experience this Taverne in central Montreal. The location is convenient for the downtown core. The size is large and spacious. The decor is a wonderful old style with tiled floor, mirrors, wood, high ceilings, and old restaurant antique touches. There is a nice energy and it is bright enough to be welcoming and open. The Menu is more bistro-like with and 'meals' rather than just burgers, pizzas, fries, etc. I loved the braised pork back, with corn bread, cheese sauce and Brussels sprouts. Service was very good, with fully bilingual staff. Value was good. Recommended for sure, and a little on the unique side so worth consideration

The Upstairs Jazz Bar & Grill is a blend of unique concepts. We blend great live jazz, tasty food and friendly service in an intimate atmosphere. Our goal is to provide you with a unique and memorable montreal experience.
Intimate setting for dinner and jazz performance (if you're claustrophobic, you won't like the seating). We arrived for dinner before the first show. Service was slow to start, but actually improved as it got busier. We started with Sangria Rouge, beer, and meatball appetizer. Dinner was Papardelle Chicken Pasta and Steak & Frittes. Everything was well prepared, hot to the table, and tasted great. Jazz trio was the night's entertainment and they did not disappoint. Pianist was a virtuoso and composer of their music with stand-up bass and drums to accompany him. Absolutely the best time we had in Montreal.

My first time here; I sat at the bar, wanted to have a fast supper before seeing a movie. I ordered three tapas, the marinated tuna, wasabi squid and code fish, all delicious. The staff super friendly. Valerie served me at the bar, great service and advised me what to have, thanks a lot! She even told me to try the green tea cheesecake, yummy! This place is very busy, better to have reservations.

We went here on recommendation from bus guide from grayline tours. Located in Le Mount Stephen Hotel. As soon as you walk thru the door you know you are in a special place. We were seated quickly in the bar area. Gabriel was our server. Very helpful with the menu. The cauliflower risotto and chicken pot pie were very good. Meal came in a timely fashion. Gabriel was very attentive. The architecture in this place is fantastic. We were told all original. We took a mini tour upstairs after lunch and the place is fabulous. Great place!!!!

Like other restaurants in Montreal, Burger Bar is on the moderate/more expensive side. Consequently, we only ordered two burgers...splurging on their bison burger and going for the more moderately prices bbq pulled pork sandwich. both were very good, but the bison burger was the best.would definitely go there again when back in Montreal. Our bison burgers are special because the meat is very lean and flavorful. We suggest ordering the bison meat medium to medium rare which really brings out its flavor. Our pulled pork is the best in the city and made from scratch cooked in our homemade sauce which includes real Jack Danial's Tennessee whiskey. So good.
