What a place! On Wednesday night's it's $1.99 kids meals and 1/2 off burgers! I love coming here big tv's, great service (ask for Keri) clean and kid friendly. We also come on different days when they have wing specials. There's plenty of seating and plenty of parking. They can host large parties.

Met friends here tonight and was very pleased with our experience. I loved the fact that they carry "Moscato", a very popular white wine, while competitors in the area do not. So hats off for that. Secondly, the food was awesome!! Pub Pretzels with Chesapeake Dip and Fish Tacos. And a friendly staff. Really nice evening!!

We are planning to eat at a nearby restaurant and the wait was too long so ventured into Rafael's so had no expectations. The décor is nice, the service was outstanding and the food is good. Hubby got the crab sliders and they were great! I got shrimp tacos and they were just okay, (too bland for my taste, but okay). Nearby dinners were finishing up breakfast entrees and they looked really good. And the bartender was very nice an personable!Thank you for your kind review. Should you ever have an issue with your meal or time here, please seek out a manager so we can amend it right away for you. We hope to see you back with us again very soon.

Just had lunch. Food was TERRIBLE....husband had a burger ....the roll you could have injured someone if you threw it at them.....meat as ordered med rare...came out well done and dry. SERVICE non existent EXCEPT "after" my husband complained ...the General Manager, Lisa, delivered it and waiter never showed up again EXCEPT with the bill and then that was wrong....by this time we just paid and "I" asked to see the manager. Lisa showed up again ....NO apologies......only EXCUSES. The one I liked the best was "well we are busy" We had 3 tables in the OLD diningroom before the Kelly Ann Room (it wasn't open) ...then she said "well there are 37 people on the deck...as I left I counted the people ...there were "7" ummmm something wrong with her counting too! She was actually rude! So needless to say I WILL tell my friends and WE won't be coming back....oh and that was TWO couples! Oh and I had TWO of the smallest soft shelled crabs I have ever had that were fried to "crispy" critters! We didn't leave a tip and the ONLY tip we could give was "The server and General Manager" need to get NEW careers. NASTY way to do business!!!

I am hesitant to write this review as it is hard enough to get a reservation for Sunday Brunch. This is a buffet brunch, which I am not a big fan of buffets but love their Sunday Brinch buffet. Nice selection of seafood, made to order omelets, breads and breakfast pastries, vegetarians you too shall find a good selection of offerings.

Been going to the usual Westminster restaurants. Decided to try the Artisan Wine Co. and was really glad we did. The name says wine, but the food is excellent. The staff was very attentive, food was great and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Wine and beer good, too. Glad we have it a try. We will be back. Thank you for the awesome review

Voted Carroll County's Best Overall Restaurant and Best Dinner In the 2014 Carrooll County Times Readers Poll Bud's offers a full menu with innovative presentation.
We really enjoyed our Father's Day Dinner - all themain dishes were delicious and portions were just right. My husband had the small plate Baked Rockfish Chesapeake and my mother and I the Chicken Chesapeake (don't remember what Dad ordered.) For appetizer my husband ordered the Moscow Oysters - hours later was saying how much he enjoyed them & wants to go back to have again. The rest of us shared the Olive sampler, but was a good portion for two people to enjoy. Staff was friendly and efficient.Items of note, we ordered a bread basket which was supposed to be an assortment of breads. This turned out to be one large roll (size of 6" approx long.) sliced 4 ways like a pickle. $6.00 Unless I missed something here, this is what I would have expected with a regular bread service not what was advertized as an assortment of breads nor not what I would have expected for the price/upcharge. Since I had ordered it, no one else realized anything amiss until I said something later. And then all were in agreement.Second item was lack of choices for dessert - only two. A tiramisu parfait and a Blueberry Cheesecake. We had some of both. The cheesecake was served on top of a blueberry sauce, not what one would expect as there were no actual blueberries. But to be fair, my husband did say the cheesecake was delicious and I did really enjoy the tiramisu parfait. All said, we really did enjoy the food, and we want to try again but will just ask a few more clarifying questions the next time.

A little piece of Ireland in historic downtown Westminster, Maryland. We serve both Irish and american flared dishes. The atmosphere is one that makes you feel that you have been transported across the ocean and landed you in the Irish country side. Durin
The menu is surprisingly extensive in this pub. There are the traditional offerings you might expect (shepherd's pie, bangers and mash), but also plenty of choices ranging from pizza to crab to steak to seafood. They can also do many of the dishes gluten free on request, and they are marked with a GF on the menu. My wife enjoyed the Gaelic Prawns from the appetizers, served over a garlic bread boule and topped with an excellent creamy sauce! I could have made a meal on the bread and sauce. My New York strip had a good flavor, though it did come out medium well instead of medium. The roasted potatoes and 3 prawn topping rounded out a very good meal. We finished with a chocolate lave cake and ice cream. Service was a little slow, but all in all, a good outing.

Classic Chesapeake fare in a cozy casual environment. Nestled on Main Street in Downtown Historic Westminster, MD
No wonder this place is rated #1 in town! My cousin from Mt Airy suggested we meet here for dinner. What a find! They had been here before and ordered the crab cake sandwich and creamed crab soup... which they shared. Delicious! Since I love crab cakes I ordered the crab cake platter with two cakes. Wow, when it came with two huge crab cakes and sides I could only eat one and took the other to my hotel for lunch the next day. If you like coleslaw, order the house special. What a treat! A great twist to an old favorite. I'll definitely come back here on my next trip to the Baltimore area!
