We went to Our Place for the first time this past Friday because we bought a Restaraunt.Com gift certificate worth $25. Nowhere on the certificate does it say it is not valid on Friday, but apparently Our Place arbitrarily decided they wouldn't honor the certificates on Fridays. I guess they dont want new customers on a busy night. They conveniently put up a sign letting everyone know ON THE EXIT DOOR, so most people would not realilze this until they ate and tried to use the certificate. Fortunately I was seated next to the exit door and saw it before we ordered. Needless to say, we left and spent $70 in food and drinks at another establishment and Our Place will not be seeing me again. Great use of what is supposed to be a good marketing tool....Instead of getting new customers, you drive them away with a lot of negative things to say about your "Your Place"--it will never be "our Place" to me.

This was a family get-together of sorts and went here because our Aunt, who lives in West Bend, picked it. We did chicken tenders, chicken salad, mac and cheese and the Buffalo Blue Burger. It was all tasty, in good quantities and served in good time by our attentive server. Our Aunt chose well.

When you want to take a break from your usual kitchen duties, the dining room at The Olde Cedar Inn welcomes you. If you don't have time to come enjoy our facilities, we do have to-go options available. We have specials for everyday of the week that we're
Last Visited this corner rural restaurant near Big Cedar Lake on New Years Eve 2017 for supper. Suggest reservations anytime you visit. It is popular and usually busy most any night you go. Parking is limited and usually full. Seating is about 12 tables of 4. They do combine tables for larger groups. That's why you want reservations. The bar area is usually busy too. About 16 - 18 chairs. The food has been very good each time we've visited. There servings are very plentiful for all entries I've tried. One of the Saturday night specials is prime rib, served in three sizes. It was delicious and choice of potatoes to compliment. The fries are a huge amount. The ribs were very good and tasty. The hamburgers were large and very good. The shrimp were average but tasty. I can see why they are usually busy but you can get reservations.

The bartender was perfect and so was the food. They have wonderful drink specials and the cocktails are prepared carefully. The mozzarella sticks are unique and full of cheese. The Brazen sandwich which was essentially a BLT with turkey and cheese was outstanding and enough for 2 people. The turkey was high quality. The rib special was a large excellent meaty rack really delicious, This is a unpretentious place but I found the meal was to be so much better than a fancy but terrible meal I had in downtown Milwaukee last week.

We were traveling nearby and stopped for dinner. Nice atmosphere, with a wall separating the eating area from the bar area. Had good service throughout our visit. After reviewing the good menu selection, we settled on the four cheese lasagna and a hamburger on a focaccia bun. Both were tasty. We would definitely go back if in the area.

The ribs are the best! Literally fall of the bone and very good BBQ sauce. Great fish fry too and shrimp too. Love the combo platters they offer. Prices are extremely fair. Oh, and don't forget the delicious homemade desserts! Always have good experience here. Just be sure to make a reservation, especially on a Fri or Sat night. It's a very small restaurant and also very popular so it fills up fast.

We met some friends from Jackson at Jugg's this past Sat. for a early dinner. We arrived around 5 and they were quit busy but we were seated right away. Drinks ordered we started to look over their menu. I had the 4 piece chicken and the others had burgers. With the dinner I also received soup or salad. I chose the chile and if I would of had some fresh baked bread and a large bowl of soup I could of made a meal of that. It was delicious. Everyone else loved their burgers and fries and all needed a doggie box to take home and some of my chicken also made the trip home. The entire staff was very pleasant as is the entire restaurant. By 6:30 the place was very busy and their were people waiting. Our friends had never been to Jugg's so we will be returning when the patio is open with the waterfall running. When your in the area be sure to stop for just a drink or a meal. Check their daily specials.

Come and visit this beautiful historic landmark! Built in 1880 Timmer's Resort was totally remodeled in 2008 to restore the original charm of this lakeside dining and cabin resort. Our beautiful lodge has fire places in each dining room as well as beautif
My husband and I have been to Timmer's about 4 times in the past few years. Its popularity has grown and it is now hard to get weekend reservations several days in advance. Last weekend, we were only able to get one of two last reservation times when calling on a Thursday for Saturday evening. Earlier in May, they were completely full several days in advance also. Our late seating time relegated our party of six to the bar area that was very noisy. It was sometimes difficult to converse with our friends at our own table. Two of our chairs were strategically located on cold air vents, but we compensated by placing the menu books over the vents so we did not freeze indoors. The wait staff here is very knowledgable, helpful, and efficient. Menu has been slimmed down a bit with new ownership. Nightly specials are still offered but several of our chosen items were sold out by our 7:30 seating time. Canadian walleye is now lightly breaded instead of sauteed with almonds as in past. Other variations abound.I wish that the restaurant would utilize the large empty room to the east for weekend seating, though perhaps it's not so convenient for the servers. There is a serious capacity problem at Timmer's now, especially on Friday or Saturday evenings, so while most of our friends can only go on the weekends, I'd prefer to return on a weekday evening for a quieter, more sane setting and menu items that are still available when we choose them.Food, what was available, was very good. Servers were most accommodating, but small things like sold-out menu items, luke-warm--not hot--coffee (even after requesting a warm-up), and noisy ambiance caused the experience to be less than stellar. We had entrees at $32 and $31, & 1 dessert & coffee for $9 =$72 before tax and tip. No drinks this time. Entrees include soup or salad and a vegetable.

I had bought a voucher from Localflavor so my husband and I stopped in for lunch. What a great find! I ordered the salmon sandwich and my husband had a burger. Both were delicious. If you have the salmon I would recommend the honey vanilla dressing. It complements it well. They also have gluten free rolls. We enjoyed being able to sit in the inviting outdoor area. We will definitely be back.

My family and I gave this place a try tonight after checking trip advisor reviews. Place has HUGE menu with many options. The fish fry was of nice proportions and the sides tasted great. My husband said the fish fry was among his top 3 that he has ever had. My son and I each had a burger and we were very satisfied. Just wish they offered different beer flight options. Our waitress was very nice and gave great recommendations. But oddly, waitresses around us seemed unhappy with one another or something. They'd talk near our table and then leave, passing our table saying something disgruntled under their breaths.
