Oscar's Pub & Grill prides themselves on their family friendly environment, great affordable food, classiness, cleanliness and welcoming wait staff. The pub features the best new burgers in town and delicious homemade fries.
When in Milwaukee, Go to Oscar's for the Most Delicious Burger in Town. Don't let the neighborhood or the outside keep you away. It's a few blocks from PotowatomiCasino and Marquette University. Once there, the staff will treat you well. You will walk out of Oscar's full and happy! Order drinks, they never rush you out. Order an appetizer. I will suggest the Nacho's as that is a meal in itself. Then order one of the Burgers. The Gringo, The Big O, or design your own! They are made to order and are 8oz of Deliciousness. We order an extra party for each of our Service Animals that love Oscar's too. I forgot to mention that the prices are very reasonable. On most days Oscar will be there, working hand in hand with the staff to make sure everything is Perfect.

A taste of Key West in Milwaukee! Whether you're a true Parrothead or just love the laid back atmosphere of Florida and Key West, you'll enjoy the food, drinks, and island atmosphere at Jimmy's Island Grill and Iguana Bar. We are located across the street
We really wanted to like this place. The decor is fun, and it's convenient of you're staying at the hotel. We started at the bar, where we sat for 10 min. until we got a bartender to wait on us. Never asked if we wanted another drink or food. We finally paid our bill, got up and went to the posted sign that said "Wait to be seated." No one was there. Finally, someone saw us and asked what we wanted. We told her we wanted to be sat for dinner. We were taken to a booth with menus and waited 15 min. for anyone to even see us. Meanwhile, 2 nearby tables were seated after us, got menus and their orders taken. We finally got up and went to find someone to wait on us. The same person who sat us came over and apologized, took our order and 5 min. later brought us water. 40 min. later we got our food - which was long considering we ordered the Friday Fish with pancakes, a cup of gumbo and a loaded baked potato. The gumbo was cold and pretty bad. The loaded baked potato was barely warm and had very little topping. And, the fish was average - but not the kind of fish that was ordered. We ordered baked it came fried. We mentioned it to the guy who brought it out and he said he'd take something off the bill. But, did not. After about 15 min. the girl - who we never know if she was our server or not because she never said - asked how things were. We asked her if we could see the slip she used to order our food since it was wrong and she said she didn't have it / lost it. Then, she saw that I wasn't eating the gumbo and asked me if I didn't like it. I told her it was cold. She took it away. All this was going on while we were on the clock to catch the hotel shuttle to go to the Billy Joel concert so we didn't have time to deal with all the issues. After eating we waited for our bill. We finally decided to get up and start to leave when the server brought us a bill - but only took off the price of the gumbo. Not sure we will be back here even if we stay at the hotel, which was fantastic.Thank you for providing us with insight on your experience with us. We finally made it to McBob's, a restaurant that has been on our radar for quite some time! This cozy and welcoming bar/restaurant is quaint, and filled with local color. We seated ourselves and were quickly welcomed and given menus. My husband ordered the Irish meat loaf sandwich, and I had the Reuben. Both sandwiches came with a pickle spear and a choice of homemade chips or potatoes and and we both chose the potatoes, not knowing quite what to expect. We both had half of each of the sandwiches. The meatloaf was tasty, sliced thick, and served on light rye bread with Swiss. The corned beef was delicious, and made in house. Chunks of succulent corned beef filled the sandwich, held together by a thick slice of Swiss cheese and a generous serving of sauerkraut. I should note that we could choose the type of rye bread for our sandwiches. The potatoes were pan-fried red potatoes and were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Our server, Erin, was wonderful! She was pleasant, efficient, and helpful, and was busily working to keep up with all the tables she was responsible for. Christine, the owner, came to our table to visit with us when she learned that we were first-timers. Nice touch! Our bill for the two sandwiches and sot drinks came to about $40. Although this place is a bit of a trip from our home, I think we would return. I understand the corned beef hash for breakfast is something to experience.

I love going out...and I feel that I know where to go for awesome food...however, not this place. Very disappointed and expected much better. Way too much gravy on the skinny pieces of sauerbrauten...the rouladen was okay... Should have went next door to Public Table..I know their food is awesome. Will not go back for the food just the outside beer garden..

This unique café, located in the heart of Wauwatosaâs historic village, is definitely not your grandparentsâ German restaurant. Offering modern, gastropub fareâincluding our famous smash burgersâpaired with an impressive import bier list.
There is outdoor seating with quaint umbrellas that is popular on any nice day. When we had reservations on a Friday evening we were not offered outdoor seating which was a disappointment. Our party of 7 had 3 appetizers of a plate of hummus and two large pretzels. Since I am not a fan of hummus I did partake of the warm pretzel. The german style pretzels came with two small containers of mustard which were good. Our server was outstanding and very attentive to our group. She was delightful even as she was asked to take a picture of our party . We were there celebrating a birthday. She was kind enough to temporarily adjust the window shade so the photo could be improved. She really is an asset to this establishment.I ordered the schnitzel and asked that the egg be placed on the side which was accommodated and very much appreciated. The schnitzel was a large portion but it was very dry. It came with 3 stalks of asparagus which were good. The spaetzels were fully coated in a tasteless gravy. The birthday boy in our group was offered a free dessert but he passed on this. The service was outstanding but the food was really fair . We wouldn't seek out this place again for an evening out.Thank you for coming in and we appreciate your feedback. We will look into your notes and make the appropriate adjustments. We hope to see you soon...Prost!

Recommended to me by a local, and it was advice well taken. Full review:Its an independent standing restaurant with plenty of free parking and access ramps. There is a bar area, and several dining areas away from the bar. The decor is boathouse meets Ale house.Staff: From the moment I walked into the restaurant the host, waitress, and even cook were friendly, and didn't mind adjusting orders, while paying attention to details. The food was freshly prepared and delicious with flavor. We had the house pull pork, mozzarella sticks, house burger, salad, fries and chicken wings. The picky eaters in my group loved and enjoyed it all. Tip 1) order the homemade cheesecake! Even if its to go, its amazing! Tip 2) if you tour the Millers Brewery first, they will give you a token for a free draft at Saz's. Enjoy! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are so happy to hear you an your guests enjoyed your visit and we appreciate the detailed recommendations to future diners! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Upbeat and exciting. The place to gather. To see or be seen. There's a new trend in town - and it's where you want to be. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll know what we mean. The hip, energized lounge -- the center of the hubbub -- inspires a d
We arrived at the restaurant around 11:30 Sunday May 5th. After reading some reviews from past dates we needed to see how things have changed. It was a great day outside, weather was in the 70's. We think many people were going to Mexican restaurants and enjoying the outdoors, because when we arrived at Innovations, there was no one else there. We say through the window, that they had the Brunch set up. We browsed the buffet. They did change a few things since the last time we were there. They did not have a smoked salmon and sweets were less in abundance. But the other food was perfect. A nice, large prime rib cooked to perfection. Peel and eat shrimp. eggs, bacon, sausages, salad bar, ravioli with squash filling, omelet station and the best desserts. No hassle. excellent service, granted we were actually the only ones in the restaurant. All in all, a great eating pleasure and for only 20.95, non alcoholic drinks include.

Sluggo"s has great bar food. We stopped in for lunch. Being retired allows you to even have a beer with lunch :) Sandwiches are very good whether burgers or others. Join the Sluggo's "club" and get monthly coupons with cash off your meals or some nice gifts as well. Great place, no matter what.

The brisket sandwich here is the best! The brisket is very moist and flavorful. The baked beans were so good with a great smoky taste. The special prime rib sandwich was also very good and the bacon balls were awesome! Service was very attentive! We will definitely go back!

Got the Mushroom and Gruyere Omelet. Maybe the best Iâve ever had. Got side salad, which may have been even better! My friend had the Blackened Shrimp Salad and it rocked too. Love Hollander!
