Service was spot on. I had a burger special, husband the weight watchers burger and my friend the mussels. That burger! Fresh hand ground beef. So packed with flavour And freshness, Iâve never had better. I could not fault it. Iâd like a little side salad maybe and thicker cut chips but the burger was divine and husband loved his too. Hands down Iâd eat again.

Went there today for lunch to celebrate a birthday. Staff are wonderful I must say but the food very substandard and lacking In presentation. A beetroot salad was ordered which supposedly had walnuts in it...NO WALNUTS!! Salads that were presented on the plates were all lettuce, a few pea shoots and one cubed tomato (my husband didnât even get a tomato) and a spoon of dressing in the middle!!! Steak was not nice.... lots of grizzle. I have had better pub food!!!! Shame as the atmosphere and staff are brilliant.

We visited for an impromptu Saturday lunch (family of 2 adults and 2 young children). This is in a great location but not very busy, probably due to the overcast, windy weather on the day we visited.After being seated and reviewing the menus, my husband happened to ask whether they had any lunch specials. The waitress was surprised we hadnât already been provided with the lunch special menu but did promptly give them to us.The specials appeared to be good value - around four or five options (burger, salad etc) including a wine, beer or soft drink for $25 each. They also had a typical kids menu - a few different options with chips for around $12 each. We ordered the special burger, special warm lamb shoulder salad, a salt and pepper calamari from the standard menu and one kidsâ fish and chips.The beers were served promptly (a choice of Coors or Miller), and not too long a wait for the food either. All meals were very decent sized serves, including the kids meal which our 5 and 2 year old comfortably shared.The downside:⢠Salad was drenched in a lot of dressing which seemed to be predominantly made of oil.⢠The kidsâ fish was very oily.⢠The chicken burger consisted of a very thin slice of chicken with a disproportionately thick coating of batter, making it very dry overall.Overall, the meal was just okay. It was good that we had an Entertainment card to use, saving us just under $20 and bringing the total bill in under $58. I would consider returning again but think some improvements could be made to make this venue and meals more appealing and better value for money.

Pub food is generally wholesome and this was definitely the case. Portions were generous. Presentation was good. Menu was more imaginative than the normal pub menu. Food was well presented. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and facilities were very clean. Set on several different levels, this place lends itself to functions and with the great outlook over the harbour is perfectly placed for either a run up the coast from Perth or for a special occasion luncheon.

The perfect place to visit with sunshine and blue skies. Able to walk around the marinas, development and over to the Indian Ocean, all before lunch. Able to get a place, even on a busy public holiday. Orders at the bar. Fantastic corn fritters! My goodness they were great. So fluffy & delicious!! All meals ordered were presented well and descent sized portions. Waitress was lovely & friendly. Fair pricing to go with it! The venue is good within itself, its a beautiful place to sit outside by the pond under the shade. Has a lovely vibe to it and recommend to anyone with young children.

Decided to visit for the Thursday night specials of 14$ steak night that was advertised on their website...we were told they no longer do them ...When we showed them the current website page of promos the owner told my husband âget over it ! We made a mistake ... itâs a 14 dollar steakâ .the point is itâs false advertising and the unapologetic attitude of the owner did not impress us .So they have lost a couple of locals .For people reading this review, People will see we have never had a one star review before. These âcustomersââ were totally rude to our staff, shouting at young girls and demanding the steak despite the restaurant informing on Facebook pages weeks in adavnce that it was not available that night for a special event, signs were also at the front of the venue that the steak special had been cancelled. The owner did step in when he had heard enough of the abusive barrage this persons husband was giving the teenage staff . We will not tolerate abusive or bullying behaviour to any person in our restaurants

Fantastic way to end my short stop in Perth! It is situated in such a great area with plenty of seating. Itâs casual dining with great views. The seafood platter we ordered has an amazingly tasty herb lemon glaze on the squid. It was extremely crunchy and well cooked. Service was lovely and reasonably priced too!

We dined here on a Monday evening and were surprised at how busy it became not long after we arrived! All the meals ordered, chicken parmigiana, lamb shanks, pork belly and three cheeses croquettes were served together and were very large in size!It was a first visit for our friends and they were delighted with their meal choice and amazed at the largesse of each serve! Staff, although busy did not leave empty plates or glasses on any table for long. On request, we were provided with take away containers for the leftover meal portions.
