Mexican-Cuban Fusion
Stopped by on a road trip South. This place did not disappoint. Excellent service. Our waitress was knowledgeable and offered her favs. Moderately priced too. The whole restaurant was spotless. Clean bathrooms, tables, floors. We would make a afternoon trip from Detroit to visit again. Book marked as a new favorite. Visit the shops next door too. Highly recommended stop.

Nicely decorated restaurant w/brick walls, boldly painted walls, wood planked floor, etc -- kind of a restaurant you'd expect to find in a small college town. Amanda, our waitress, helped us with our menu selections and promptly served us our drinks. Wine was modestly priced and there were a lot of beer choices. Back to Amanda: I'm still amazed at how a cheerful waitress improves your dining experience! As far as food: We had some excellent pierogies for the table, "meh" salads, nicely prepared (medium rare) ribeyes w/potato pancakes and a tortilla wrap. Finished with tiramisu for dessert! All in all a very pleasant dining experience. El Chompo bites again!

Enjoy the very best, freshest seafood, succulent steaks, chops and delicious pasta dishes enhanced by the perfect bottle of wine. The intimate atmosphere conveys relaxed elegance, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff will ensure your complete satisfac
This is just a great restaurant for all the right reasons including food, service & atmosphere. While very busy on weekends or when there is a Valentine show, we often prefer to visit during the middle of the week to experience very high quality food and absolutely fresh fish with professional service in a sophisticated & yet friendly and unhurried environment. We enjoy that specials often outnumber menu options and that you can basically have any main dish cooked exactly as you prefer. This may be the best restaurant in Toledo.

A restaurant offering a full bar and amazing food, Ye Olde Durty Bird also hosts free live entertainment, with Jazz on Sundays from 1-4pm. Located in the Warehouse District in Downtown Toledo, Ye Olde Durty Bird offers an excellent selection of tasty brew
Like the name of this place and the menu was exactly what we were looking for. Live music and good atmosphere. Started with the chicken chunks which were delicious. The Reuben sandwich was very good and covered with meet. If your looking for something simple and good stop here.

The Heights is a spectacular rooftop bar offering 360-degree sweeping skyline views, an impressive modern design and unique hand-crafted cocktails and cuisine. Within the indoor and outdoor space, wood burning ovens turn out small plates, fresh pizzas and
I have visited this place numerous times and recommended it highly to others. However, after this visit I wonât recommend anymore. The views are still great but the food and service did not meet expectations. The prices are much higher than the last time I was here. Much higher. The service was awful and the was not very good. Itâs too bad this was a great place to go in Toledo but not anymore.

Visiting over 35 pubs in Ireland in March of 2006 inspired owner Ed Beczynski to open an Irish Pub in Downtown Toledo, Ohio. Finding the right building in Downtown was the key, if opening an Irish Pub with an old feel to it was going to work. The Blarney
We visited this restaurant to grab a bite to eat before going to Fifth Third Field. We started with the Guinness Au Jus Tenderloin Bites which were perfectly cooked. I ordered the Blarney House Salad which was delicious! The regular is quite on the small side but having had an appetizer, it was perfect. My husband is a huge fan of fish and chips which he ordered. To his disappointment, the fish was watery on the inside and greasy on the outside. Maybe it was just the fish that night??? The rest of the meal as well as the outdoor patio make this place one to try.

Mutz Sports Bar is located in the basement of The Oliver House. It has a limited but terrific âPub Grubâ menu but a full selection of Maumee Bay Brewing Co. beers along with other craft, domestic, and imported beers. It is open til 2AM Thursday-Saturday T
I met up with a business associate for a few hours mid/late afternoon on a recent Wednesday. The atmosphere at this time of day is quiet and casual and enabled us to comfortably talk while enjoying the Maumee Bay Brewery craft beers and a pizza. Located in the Oliver House complex along with the Maumee Bay Brew Pub and Rockwells Steakhouse, Mutz takes their food menu seriously. It may just be âpub grubâ but how many sports bars can serve up wood fired pizza? It is delicious. The service was great; Jamal the bartender waited on us; good guy with a very good understanding of the craft beers offered there. The restaurant manager Brian Welborn stopped by to make sure all was well and to chat for a short while.I intend to stop back soon with my wife to have dinner outside on their patio.

Working thirds its not easy finding places that are open. Seen this place on trip advisor. Said was open decided to come in. Was instantly greated by the server Rodney. Was quick with the run down on everything. Did not have to ask any questions. He was great. Lot of wonderful delights on tap

Established in 1995 the Maumee Bay Brewing Co. operates out of the Historic Oliver House creating delightfully drinkable ales, lagers, porters, stouts and the like. Though potentially best known for brewing Toledoâs own Buckeye Beer, Maumee Bay Brewing Co
First floor bar with vaulted ceiling and lots of niknaks. Beers weren't really to my palette but there's a good selection. Service is prompt if a little impersonal at the bar. I moved to a table and service was much more friendly. Quiz night is early on Tuesdays if that's your thing. Very atmospheric room with all the antique and new brew kit on show. Prices are reasonable and there's plenty of parking around too.
