We just made our second visit to Bulla. We have been very pleased on both occasions. While they have a menu with a number of entrees, the tapas are the way to go in my opinion. They seem to rotate the tapas choices somewhat and there are a lot to choose from. Service is very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. They have a good wine selection as well as a decent craft beer selection.

USA & internationally influenced scratch kitchen w/ our Rebellious American twist. Scratch kitchen and moonshine centered mixology served within our energizing, socially connected, unique environment. Your place to celebrate life.
I love coming here for brunch for the cheap and delicious mimosas. I also enjoy just swinging in after work for dinner. My husband's favorite thing to eat is the wings. I like their fried chicken. Everything I've had is delicious. They specialize in mixed drinks with moonshine. Haven't found anything that wasn't tasty and potent. Would definitely recommend.

Haywire is a three-story restaurant that is truly Texas tried-and-true. Hearty enough for the ranch hand and perfectly refined for the business man or woman, we're taking the Texas dining experience to a new level. Haywire is Texas locally sourced, farm t
Definitely agree with some of these reviews...great ambience. Sat us at a hightop table for two which was through a Opentable reservation...less than ideal but ok. Cocktails were very good! Shrimp appetizer was very good too...but the entrees of ribs and fried chicken were average (dried out ribs and no flavor and overcooked fried chic). Service was not stellar at all...my entrée came with wrong side that we ordered and took forever to get his attention and then forever to get it changed. For as expensive as it was, would expect much better service.

It is a great place. Good food, fun atmosphere. It just isn't what I prefer. Mint Juleps were great though on Kentucky Derby weekend!

Went Thursday evening to see live music in their outdoor arena. Spacious and cool enough, despite the 100 degree temperatures. Outdoor full bars for convenient service. Had a super sweet bartender who made a perfect drink for a fussy lady. Plenty of staff around to provide a safe, comfortable setting. It was nice to see folks dancing or just enjoying music on a lovely Texas evening. Music started at 8:30 and ended at 10:00ish. What a great during-the-week activity within a reasonable timeframe. Small enough venue to make it intimate but large enough to accommodate a bigger crowd. All around, pretty good evening for $17 a ticket. Will be looking for more live music at Lava Cantina.

Service was fast enough even though we had to wait for a table. Once seated our table was dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned.I have eaten at this location in the past but this time it felt like the food was dry and too salty. I found a little bug on my tea.I donât think I will be returning for a very long long time (years) from today.

First time for oysters served this way. Excellent presentation and taste. Will return to try other menu items. Fun place.

Went with a bigger party on Friday night. Our server was amazing as he took our whole table's drink orders without writing them down and got everything correct. Look at the auxiliary beer listing for the better beers. The 'hot' chicken wasn't really spicy but the tri-tip sandwich was impossible to bite through - had to cut it with a knife and then work on it to get it swallowed. Had tri-tip many times before but this was the toughest piece of texan shoe leather around.

Started off with an adult shake...yum! The burgers were perfectly cooked and crazy good but the truffle parm fries...outstanding! Service was fast and you could tell the staff really enjoyed working there and it reflected in the level of service quality!
