Supply is a small unincorporated community in Brunswick County, North Carolina, United States located around the intersection of US 17 (Ocean Highway) and NC 211 (Southport-Supply Road/Green Swamp Road). Its name is derived from the use of the Lockwoods Folly River as a trade route in the 18th and 19th centuries. Residents of the nearby beach communities of Holden Beach, Oak Island, Ocean Isle, Caswell Beach, and Sunset Beach often used to commute to Supply for goods and other materials. This practice is still common, but development in the town of Southport and in the Intracoastal Waterway commercial districts has made traveling to Supply unnecessary.

We ordered online for delivery. Had trouble at first but were able to get some help when I called. In fact, Pete himself brought the food to our place. Had shrimp, very good. We would like to go sit down there sometime. A little pricey but to be expected with a beach restaurant.

After stopping at one other local restaurant which had over an hour wait, we walked to the Grillin' Crab. We had not been here in a few years but decided to give it a try. We were told that there was a 30-35 minute wait but that we could eat at the bar, so we chose that option. The bartender/waitress was not really doing a great job, took time to take our drink order and then came back to take our food order. After placing an order for one of their special shrimp and crab appetizers which they had on their "Specials" board, she came back to tell us that they were out of it and it was a little after 7:00 pm.We then placed our dinner order and were told they were out of shrimp (which somehow they "found" later) and placed the rest of our order. It took 20-25 minutes to receive our meals and while waiting I realized there were 4-5 open tables even though we were told there was a 30-35 minute wait. The food was OK but service was below par. The bar where we were sitting was not really clean and the bartender distracted. How you can have a seafood restaurant at the coast in July and run out of two shrimp items at a little after 7:00 pm is beyond me.Poorly managed and disappointing. The experience has definitely gone down hill since they opened.
Lockwood has finally gotten it right! Joe Caldropoli of Coastal Catering and Events has turned that restaurant around!!!! The service is great. Amanda, Sharon & Darlene are are wonderful. The bartender has a personality! What Joe can do with food is beyond explanation. Pulled pork sliders are on the lunch menu...delicious. The breakfast menu isn't extensive but it won't disappoint. I have the veggie omelet. Tasty. He's currently doing dinners on Thursdays...just testing the waters. Taking baby steps as the past track record of Lockwood hasn't been great. The response to the Thursday dinners has been great. Just this past Thursday I had a New York strip over smashed potatoes & roasted zucchini. NY strip would be my last choice as far as cuts of beef. It however came highly recommended so I acquiesced. It was to die for!!!!! It was like butter. I didn't need a knife that's how tender it was. Joe is a magician with food. My husband had BBQ rubbed chicken and it was very good as well. You should probably call ahead for Thursday dinner as the restaurant isn't real big. They do have outdoor seating and you won't find a better view along the ICW.Fair comment âpast track record of Lockwood hasn't been greatâ.We are extremely proud of the quality of food and service that Chef Joe and staff provides. He had an exceptional track record before coming to Lockwood Folly and he continues to provide excellence. He has successfully catered weddings, golf and other special events while continually providing excellent food and service at the Oak & Anchor. Thanks for the excellent review.

My wife and I ate here Saturday, September 14,2019. My wife had the Fall Salad with Rosemary Vinegrette dressing which she said it was delicious. I ordered a Cuban sandwich with fries as a side. My sandwich was really good. The Iced Tea was a brewed tea and was really tasty. Grace our server was absolutely excellent. We'll go back for sure!

Food is overpriced and the seafood is not fresh or local. Tastes like it was microwaved. Service was TERRIBLE. Just TERRIBLE. Staff is very very rude. We are locals and have dined here a couple of time purely out of convenience but the last time the owner Mary Ann was so rude and the staff so incompetent it is better just to spend our dollars somewhere else. Guys you will be disappointed. Go somewhere else

Serving steak, seafood, pasta, burgers and more, the Main Street Grill has something for everyone. A must-try for both morning and evening dining in Holden Beach!
Return trip this year and was good. Interior of restaurant has received badly needed upgrade with flooring and interior since our last visit. Service was good. Food came out in a reasonable time and hot. Liked the grilled shrimp, crab cakes, and spaghetti.

We were told by a friend to visit this restaurant and Iâm so glad we did. It has a very laid back feel with indoor and outdoor seating. Right across the street from the ocean with amazing views. We were seated quickly and had a friendly server. They have a really good drink menu if your into that. Reasonable prices for seafood. They have a menu with something for everyone, including kids. We had the house speciality, the seafood Mac and cheese and holy moly it was delish. We also ordered the fish sandwich and it was really tasty tilapia coated in almonds. Our appetizer was chips and salsa and the chips were my favorite part of the meal!!! You must get them. They reminded me of fry bread and were incredibly. The salsa was homemade and was so flavorful. I highly recommend it. We did wait quite a while for our food, but the place was busy, so it was expected. Luckily the view kept us entertained. Overall this is a place we would highly recommend and go back to on every visit here to Ocean Isle.

We are a locally owned and operated restaurant. We pride ourselves on our food quality. We serve the freshest fish anywhere around. We know this because we catch the fish ourselves. If we don't have it, it's not biting! We have 7 big screen TV's around th
Wing and Fish can be crouded, but worth the wait. Better yet, get there early and do 1/2 price appetizers on weeknights. We often will do a bottle of wine and one or sometimes two appetizers as our dinner. The prices are reasonable and the food is good.

The perfect joint for the true taste of North Carolina coastal fishing villages and the corresponding seafood. Shrimpburgers are amazing and the grouper recipe is the best. What's even better it's open air dining if it's not too cold and no mosquitos.... Downhome friendly service and just fun. Never a disappointment.

In 1978, C.W Hughes, Jr., who owned a paving company, and his wife Allison, a retired nurse, bought a small grill, motel and marina previously called Gregory's. It was located at the mouth of the Shallotte River and the Intracoastal Waterway. The grill ha
The view is so good itâs distracting! But it also helps you relax and sip your wine just a bit slower. The food was excellent with large portions. Weâll probably try to split a meal next time. She had shrimp and scallops; I had flounder and shrimp grilled and might try blackened next time for a little more jolt. The sides were very good as were the hush puppies. Excellent meal and excellent service. Thank you so much for coming and for your excellent comments on the food, service and view. We hope that you will come again. Gratefully, Inlet View
