The Greens provides a peaceful oasis with lovely views over Pitcheroak Golf Course minutes from the centre of Reddtich. The building itself is celebrating its 100th Anniversary in 2013. It has history and character to compliment the homemade traditional B
The newer owners have put the prices up, took a drink away from the inclusive price, put in the most uncomfortable cheap naff deck chairs, done away with the lovely comfy chairs, gone are the Heinz and and HP sauce and replaced with cheap generic sauces, it's now cheap catering bacon, the deep fryer is doing the sausages and a piece less of toast/bread&butter. Only the golfers will be eating brekky here soon. The place used to be rammed but this time we were the only ones in there. Seen cafes who adopted these scrimping money saving procedures not last long before. Hopefully the new owners will reinstate back to being the best

Visited today for lunch with our toddler. Enjoyed the tasty, great value food and friendly service. Neither of the two servers seemed to mind our toddler being lively which was nice and made us relax. Also good selection vegetarian options on main menu. Will visit again soon. Thanks

The Moat House Inn will be serving grills, steaks from our wood fired oven and authentic Italian pizzas. And of course, we'll be offering all the other delicious food and drink you've come to expect from a lovely pub
Passing by on route, and popped in for Sunday Lunch. Whilst a tad expensive service and quality was fantastic. Bar is dog friendly, food was plentiful and a lovely general feel about the place. A few nooks & crannies - and very nice decor. Very recommended. Ps teepee tent outside for rent or el fresco dining.

Late lunch at the Turk. Very friendly, very helpful and a most reasonably priced lunch which left us wanting to return later in the week with friends. My granary baguette with sausage and fried onions with a salad and coleslaw for £7 was just perfect. My wife had hot smoked salmon with the same salad and coleslaw. The beer was excellent and overall the service was 100%. How anybody can homestly give them a one score I just don't know.

Called in without booking, we were made very welcome. This is a very clean and quirky pub, that dates back hundreds of years and is full of character. The food was excellent and the staff attentive and friendly. My wife and I would highly recommend it.

Welcome to the beautiful new Why Not Inn, serving real ales, superb wine and wonderful pub food from local produce. Relax in the dog-friendly bar or grab a table in the casual dining area.
We wanted to treat ourselves so booked a table for 4 last Friday. Arrived at 7pm but didn't get main course until 830pm. Thai fishcake starter was like 3 sponge balls. The chips with the main courses were like cardboard. They said they were not oven chips but they certainly hadn't been recently fried. The fish and chips was nothing special. The gammon was thin and unappetizing. We ordered wine but it never arrived so we had nothing to drink with our meal. The waiter asked if we would like to talk to the manager so we agreed but he didn't come over to see us 'because we were eating! He should have dealt with it immediately ! When he did condecend to speak to us he shrugged the complaints off like he didn't care. Yes, the renovation is lovely but the service is dire. It was busy but it was a Friday night and tables were booked so the number of guests was known. It should have been staffed to cope accordingly. We won't be going again.

Visited this place having not long moved to Studley and sorry but it was the worst meal we have had since moving . Meat was poor quality and fatty chips were swimming in grease and onion rings were just batter ! Hubby was actually physically sick when we got home so first and last visit from us

Not been to The Boot Inn for a while,so loved the new refurbishment, warm welcome on arrival and there was a great atmosphere. Great menu with choices to suit all tastes with excellent wine menu to match and loved the complementary cocktails whilst we chose from menu. All our three course of food was delicious highly recommend the steak and lamb racks, could not fault the service no long wait between meal courses although very busy. We serve our fresh, locally sourced, homemade breakfast, lunches and dinner every day from 9am to 9pm Our menus offer exceptional value for money featuring several fixed price offers such as 'Fish Fridays' - 2 main courses at £15 or 'Steak Wednesdays' off
We chose the 3 course price fix lunch, always good value. Obviously a limited menu, being the price fix, but nevertheless a good choice. They serve good, well cooked & presented pub food. Most of the tables were taken so this is a popular venue for lunch. We will return for lunch here.Thank you for your lovely comments. We hope to see you again soon and hopefully get 5 stars!
