Confess a little daunting to stroll in on your 'tod' when the bar is lined with locals. But a great authentic atmosphere, polite service and a good selection of beers. Also had a great burger to tide me over.Loved the frozen strip along the full length of the bar to keep the beer chilled. A new one on me!

Salt Lake's original brew pub since 1989, serving award-winning fresh brewed beers and an eclectic menu filled with pub favorites like fish and chips, bacon wrapped meat loaf and our famous veggie burger. Serving lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Private
Stopped here for dinner, based on a recommendation from our hotel. Very cool old building, lovely back patio area. We ate on the patio and enjoyed the night. Captain Bastard's Oatmeal stout was good and their rum based drink stumbling missionary #2 was very good as well. Server was friendly and food was very good. If we stayed longer in the area we would have returned.

This was my first stop during my visit to Salt Lake City. This is a great local bar where the locals hang out and watch sporting events. I actually came here twice during my visit. The first time was for brunch where they have $1.50 mimosas. Drew was the bartender on duty and he was super cool. The second time was for bingo night when I won $30. Jaded and O'Reilly were the bartenders on duty during my second visit. This was my favorite bar in Salt Lake City and can't wait to visit upon my return.

Twenty-Years of Delicious Food, Craft Beer, and Good Company!20-years ago we began brewing our distinctive craft beers in downtown Salt Lake City. That makes us one of the pioneers of Utahâs innovative craft beer culture. Although itâs never been our inte
Arrived around 8 pm and the place was packed! But, the wait was only a few minutes. Very interesting and varied menu--something for everyone, it seems. Ordered the Kobe burger, medium rare, and that's exactly how it was prepared. Very tasty and huge! It came with a sizeable amount of lettuce, onions and tomatoesI Opted for the "carrot chips", which are "crinkled" chips of raw carrot--they were ideal, dipped in blue cheese or ranch dressing. Great selection of beers. Will go again next time we are in SLC.

Locally owned & family operated Sports Pub & Grill proudly serving upscale made fresh to order foods. Full Bar featuring many Local craft beers & spirits.
This sports bar is located near the downtown area and has a very nice outdoor seating area. Inside there are lots of TVs showing what sports event might be going on at the time. The bar seating area is large and is surrounded by lots of booths and tables. There is also a separate room with a pool table. The food is pretty standard sports bar fare. The menu does have something for just about everyone. We started with the pretzel bites and cheese. The cheese was a little thin but had good flavor. The Cobb salad had all the fresh ingredients and the homemade ranch is a do not miss. My wife the chicken sandwich which was seasoned well. Our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

"Where's the beer? Where are the breweries?" Those were among the first thoughts Greg Schirf had after moving to Utah from Milwaukee in the early 80's. Incredibly, drinking and brewing were all but forbidden. Greg took matters into his own hands and did w
Come for the awesome brews and stay for the food. Love the apricot hefeweizen. We also enjoyed the brewed root beer. Delicious fresh food. Enjoyed the beat salad which included wonderful yellow and red beets, jicama, blueberries, arugula and spinach. Includes an optional Cheese crouton. We also enjoyed a buffalo pizza. Everything was outstanding. The ingredients are all duper fresh. as a person who has vegetable garden it all tasted as if it was just harvested.

Spitz has pioneered an upscale quick-service restaurant concept that combines the food quality, ambiance and customer service typically found in upscale dining with the price and speed most often associated with fast food. This means that nearly everythin
First of all, the guy working the counter and the kitchen was exceptionally nice and was like Speedy Gonzales waiting on everyone by himself. Somebody did not show up. Luckily I came before the crowd. I came here because it was rated number one for Mediterranean food. Sounded amazing. I ordered the Berlin Doner. It was edible, but I did not like it. I got some taziki sauce to try to improve it. I usually love taziki sauce. Not good. Very young, hip place. Rap music played the whole time I was here. Make sure that's your thing. Menu is intruiging. Neat ideas. But I won't be trying anything else. I have never had Mediterranean food that I did not like before... Sorry to say

They card you when you go in. There are plenty of tables. We got great service. The gumbo soup was a hit and two of us tried different pastas. The pasta I enjoyed had dried tomatoâs, artichoke hearts, pine nuts and a nice sauce. Really great food!

Best bruger and fries in town!
Walked two miles to enjoy an evening dinner with friends. Ordered and never received our food. The first time we checked on our food status after waiting 30 minutes we were told it would be out in a minute or two. After waiting almost another 10 minutes and going back and asking for a refund we were told we would have to wait in line. Needless to say I did not wait in line. Turns out that didn't matter because no one there knew how to process a refund. This place consistently disappoints on one end of the spectrum or the other whether it is with service or quality of food or lack thereof more appropriately. It's overpriced and over sensationalized. This place is a modern-day dive. Tried to order a Stella at the bar and they don't carry Stella and the bartender had no idea what to offer as a similar replacement. I've tried this place since the day it opened in its new location multiple times but never again. It's time for ownership to give up the ghost and get somebody in there that knows the industry and how to run a business. Poor customer service, inconsistency in the quality of food and poorly trained staff. Tonight's incident was not related to being busy. The place was about two-thirds empty. Stay away. Drive somewhere else.
