We were seated rather quickly and there were several empty tables so we thought we had hit at a good time. Within five minutes we had our drinks out and our orders in. That's where the good time stopped...We waited almost two hours for a sampler platter a cheeseburger with fries and fried pickles. When the food did make it out to us, it was cold. The pickles had congealed grease on them, the platter came with onion rings and there was a rather long human hair in the batter of one of the onion rings. YUCK!!You'd think that they would have taken those off of the price and just charged us for what we ate, right? Nope. They took $2.17 off of that platter...Thanks but no thanks BWW, we won't be back.

Our menu is filled with classic American dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as other traditional favorites like slow-roasted prime rib and our famous chicken tenders, all at a great value.
We are former Prattville residents back in town for a day and decided to eat at O'Charleys before starting the long drive back to Georgia. The food was great. I had the 16 ounce top sirloin and it was perfect. Steamed broccoli was very good. And its hard to mess up a baked potato so it too, was very good.My wife and my daughter both had steaks and said theirs was good as well. Neither my wife nor my daughter cared for the cole slaw. But they were allowed to exchange it for an alternate side dish so that matter was resolved.Service, however, was lacking a bit. Server forgot a few requested items but once reminded, she got them right away. Our soft drink glasses sometime sat empty a little longer than they should have. Her section was nearly filled up shortly after we arrived and she was a little bit overwhelmed. Management finally came to her rescue and started assisting her but it was a little too late to erase a negative mark against this place for lackluster service.
Love this place, the owners are the friendliest, drinks are cheap & flowing, nothing is a problem, best pub atmosphere I've been in, can't wait to go back, defo what a sports bar should be.

I've visited Applebee's several times and the food was pretty good. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I've had was with one manage after ordering alcoholic drinks. The mixed drinks had so much mixture that this was all I tasted! I asked the manager if I could exchange my drink after one sip and the manager stated "yes you can but you still have to pay for that one." I asked why do I have to pay if I only took one sip and the drink was too sweet?" The manager was gracious enough to ask what could she do to make the drink better and I answered that she could remove some of the sweet mixture and add more alcohol. She stated that there is a limit of ounces to how much alcohol can be served per drink. I understood that, so the question to the manager is if you can't pour out any of the mixture or add any alcohol then what do you suggest to do to make the drink better? The manager answer was add more mixture or ice! Honestly, if the customer does not like Any Item after one taste or one sip....Just give them another one! That's good customer service! My suggestion...just order beer or water. Good location surrounded by other restaurants and shopping centers.
Always a fun time when you take your family bowling. I do believe this is the only bowling location in Prattville. Arcade fun for the kids also. i think I recall seeing pool tables in arcade area? Anyway, take your family and friends bowling. Have a beer if you want and are of age!
Fantastic food, service, and ambiance. I have the yummy shrimp and gouda grits. My husband had the huevos rancheros, and my friend had the eggs benedict with crab cakes. We all had Bloody Mary drinks before and coffee afterwards. The touch of class was the spring themed amuse bouche pictured in this post. We enjoyed strolling in downtown Prattville afterwards. A very enjoyable afternoon!

I usually like funky places where you throw the peanut shells on the floor. But this place doesn't seem very clean. The benches in the booths are kinda dirty with crumbs and the tables are so sticky your arms stick to them. There aren't placemats or table cloths, seems like they would help. The food was average and not very hot. The staff was very courteous and friendly, though, and the service was good.Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We stayed at the Marriott at Capitol and had a great overall experience. Several morning we came to the Oak Tavern for breakfast and were greeted and taken care of by a very friendly and attentive staff. When we returned later in the evening for a round of drinks and live music, we were greeted by a less than attentive bar staff. We weren't given the cold shoulder but you could tell that the young lady behind the bar had a chip on her shoulder.Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience in the Oak Tavern, and please do accept our apology. We will certainly look into this to ensure that we take corrective action where necessary. Thank you again.

You'll find plenty of options for burgers, sandwiches and pizza at this chain sports bar and grill. The food is just average, although the husband is a big fan of the Buffalo Chicken Wrap sandwich. Service is fast and there is a well-priced lunch menu served until 3 on weekdays.

Authentic, Southern Bar-B-Q. Meats are slow-smoked for 24 hours around the clock. All trimmings are made fresh from scratch daily (not one freezer in the whole building). Dine In, To Go, Drive Thru, Private Dining, or Catering available.
We have eaten at too many of these restaurants to count. This is a great restaurant. Unfortunately our waitress needs some people skills. She also seemed two steps behind forgetting to bring things until the middle of our meal and disappearing for long spells. The positives: food is very good, menu has a lot of choices, prices are fair, restaurant is clean (except for windows in entrance that look as though they havenât been cleaned for a year). Bottom line- we would eat there again (but with a different wait staff).
