I pass by this pub by foot several times per week so decided to venture in. There's lots of bar seating, some tables and a couple of window seats. It is frequented as a bar and they do have some basic bar food.
Craft cocktails, wine, select beer and cider, and spirit-free cocktails served alongside eclectic small plates in a cozy, art-deco inspired bar.
The In Between is the latest star in the Chris Nelson constellation of restaurants. This place has a classy/upscale vibe, with nice bar food and some very creative cocktails, both with and without spirits. Add in friendly service and itâs a winning combination. Try the dessert truffles. They are hand made right there, and are fab.

I ate dinner here one night. It was very good. I had breakfast for dinner and the portions were large. My eggs were a little past over medium but not to bad. The ham slice was huge. Service was good and prices not bad. Would go again with no problem.

Very drafty. The only greens (romaine still scarce, but....) on hand, despite the menu, was spinach. The ranch dressing and bacon were tasteless. My husband's sandwich was huge and pretty good. New place. First visit. Hope they get it together.

We sat on the patio and had beers and dinner. Service was a little slow at first, however, it was a shift change and then all was good. Food was good and was fun to sit on the patio and people watch. Parking is on the street and can be crowded, but we did find parking near front.

The Maker and the Baker are back. And last week's food was fabulous. And good jazz. The menu is small and changes weekly. We had everything. The pork bellies, the salad and the chanterelles on toast. The mushrooms were so good, we ordered seconds for dessert. Thanks so much for the great feedback Helen! We're so happy to have The Baker & The Maker back in the kitchen for jazz nights. Looking forward to a great winter season.

Brunch in the waterfront on a beautiful weekend morning: A beautiful location with gracious servers serving endless champagne and mimosas. The food was exemplary, creatively prepared and presented and tantalizing to the taste. I had a dish called âFrench toast burger.â It was both French toast and a burger. And it was a wonderful combination. What a surprise! For a creative meal you should try this place. You wonât regret it.

In June 2012, we opened our second Doc's location at Point Hudson Marina in Port Townsend. We felt that the peninsula location was a great next step for Doc's, and we haven't been disappointed.
Docâs knows how to make an excellent Dungeness Crab Louie: a reasonable mound of shelled crab meat atop a bed of mixed lettuce surrounded by a pile of diced tomatoes, half a sliced hard-boiled egg, sliced cucumbers, and red onion rings. The dish of wonderful house-made Louie dressing on the side was just the right amount for dipping all of the treats. Next time I need to try the Crab Risotto!

Had steak, French fries and salad for $14 at this local "hangout". While they had difficulty cooking to order ( wanted medium, got rare) the meat was excellent, and the "all you can eat" fries and salad were very good. This local tavern also has great cheeseburgers, interesting looking tamales covered in cheese, as well as free popcorn while you are drinking or waiting.
