Baga Biga is a brewpub located in the heart of San Sebastian, next to Urumea river. Our beers are brewed on site with the best ingredients. We offer local and international food. A wide selection of guest beers, wines and cocktails are also available. Res
We visited Baga Biga after reading some great reviews, and we were not disappointed. They had a wide selection of beers and the food was absolutely delicious. The only dish we weren't so keen on was the burger, but everything else was really lovely. Also, Karty (not sure if that's the correct spelling) who served us was excellent. Thank you for a great time!

Food, service, location, wait staff, wine.It deosn't get better than this. This restaurant is exceptional on so many levels.Cold pintxos at the bar, warm food from the menu. Staff are quick and efficient and Knowledgable on the menu and thus able to cater to Coeliacs and Dairy free.Yes- I came three times in three days. The only "problem" is that TripAdvisor brings the tourists earlier and earlier so it starts filling up too quickly now! It's almost as if the internarional tourist shift occurs at normal hours, with locals following on in the late shift.

We were here for the first time and we liked the vibe and the pintxos. My favorite was the pork belly. We came back after a couple nights and we were recognized and treated as return customers by the owner. It is always nice to be recognized. Wish we live in San Sebastian so we can eat here a couple of times every week.

Following show on the beeb had to call in and experience Nestor whilst in San Sebastián, it didnât disappoint. Following getting our names down for the famous best tortilla in town we returned an hour later and wasnât disappointed. Great atmosphere and theatre from Nestor during the dishing out of each piece of the one tortilla he cooks for lunchtime. Yes it is the best, totally unique and great flavour throughout, drinks a plenty added to a great all round experience

Great food. Donât take the plates and eat the paint shows one by one, and the ones that are hot or amazing. Once they make them for you fresh in the kitchen. Just delicious, the wild mushroom crêpes, The tomato salad, actually, just everything that you can think of is good they are. Service is great and itâs all family-owned which is just wonderful. Must give it a try! Youâll love it!Good morning and thanks Woldin IWe like to know what you enjoyed and your opinion about our pintxos and staffWe look forward to greeting you on upcoming visits.Greetings from the Karrika Taberna team

Of the 12-13? (we lost count) pintxos bars we visited during our entire trip to Basque country this ranked as one of my top 3. The boquerones (vinegar-cured white anchovies) were AMAZING, firm but not mushy on delicious bread and paired with the best combinations of toppings (we tried the jardiniera which was diced fresh peppers, crema centollo a creamy crab sauce, olive paste, trout roe, and foie ones and they were all tastier than the last). It was never that crowded when we went and the service was friendlier than at most of the bars. It was actually one of only 2 places we went to twice over the course of our trip. If you love anchovies, this is a MUST TRY. Closed on Sundays.

Beer House by Mala Gissona Brewery. Collects the spirit of the ancient Basque Whalers on their long journeys across the North Atlantic Sea. A personality forged by âsea and windâ that has left a deep imprint. Your craft beer place in San Sebastián where y
Wow! Went here with a friend who wanted to try some local IPAâs. I donât drink alcohol but to my surpise they had two different options for non alcoholic lagers. Fab! And, their veggie Burger is the bomb! Great patty - soy free - house made. Nice bun. Crunchy fries. My fave vegan dish in San Sebastian. And, service is super friendly and Quick. Tack sÃ¥ mycket, Karesson! So glad you enjoyed! Hope to have you back soon :) Thanks for your review!

So good ,friendly efficient fast furious and most important really tasty tapas. We had been to San Sebastian before but took a quick 3 night break to celebrate our anniversay.came here the 1st night enjoyed so much we came for brunch and dinner every meal but one(the celebration night).Having done the "pintxos trail"last time we wanted just tasty food not that the trail did not offer that but some are better than others. This place satisfied every need from the baked eggs with tomato and chorizo to the Completo tuna sanwhich everything just tasty as.A nice touch was a glass of Cava on the house when we told them it was our last meal thank you.Try the Txakoli wine and the lemon amstel beer.Absolutely buzzing but go in reserve a spot you won't wait long whilst having a drink.

Cold and warm pintxos in San Sebastian's old part. Good atmosphere and attention in different languages. Don't forget to try our foie!!

We visited Iraeta (located in the Gross region of San Sebastián) on a Thursday night and managed to get a table outside. They serve made to order pintxos but are best know for their steak, tomatoes and peppers, which we had and all were amazing. We are regular visitors to bar Nestor (closed for vacations during or trip) and between the the four of us there was a split discussion and on which was best. My advice try them both! The bill came to â¬90 for the four of us which included 4/5 drinks each and the steak peppers and tomatoes.
