The weather was lovely so we elected to eat outside. We were a party of four and we each ordered different items. The butterfish, mahi mahi, short ribs and pasta with vodka sauce were all delicious. The only disappointment was the banana cream pie for my dessert.

Went for dinner Friday night. Had a nice crowd but not overly busy. Got seated waitress came and took orders. Got drinks quickly. Food took about 30 minutes. My burrito was warm at best and the corn and black beans were ice cold. (like right out of the refrigerator. My sister got a quesadilla and that came out hot. I sat and waited for about 10 minutes and tried to flag someone down with no success, so I ate half of the burrito as I was starving. We never saw or waitress again. No one came by and did a table touch to see how the food was. No one came by to see if we needed another drink. No one came by and asked if we wanted dessert. I had to get up and go to our waitress to get the check. Even when she came by to pick up payment she never asked how anything was. Just picked up payment and left. I'm not sure what the problem was (National Margarita Day) But I've seen this place busier. The food is usually very good and it has a great atmosphere, but it really has gone downhill. I along with the other reviewers will not be returning. I am sure there are other Mexican restaurants that have great service that would be appreciative of my money. (Place isn't cheap)

While the Caesar salad was excellent, the service was average and the bourbon chicken was overcooked. The new menu is appealing and provides clear calorie counts. Restaurant is large but feels cramped with all the chairs in the aisles. Lots of other options in Newton to consider... even the local mule was nowhere to be found.

I went here for lunch and had no idea what to expect. Normal looking bar with friendly bartender and waitress. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the cheesesteak and French fries were. This was a full size cheesesteak (12 in). I didn't even realize until afterwards that the lunch special was a cheesesteak w/fries for $5 bucks. The steak was better than most steak shops.

Weâve been to Greystone several times and it never disappoints. We started on the patio bar area for happy hour with friends. Had octopus, hummus platter and cauliflower for apps. All exceptional and abundant for 5 of us. Had salad with salmon, delicious. Friend had mushroom soup and to die for excellent! Once we were done we went inside to find live music playing. Sat at bar and w my friend ended up singing with the band and we joined playing the tambourine with the band. We stayed until after 10 from 5 pm. Fabulous food, atmosphere and band! Highly recommend!

Started off with a problem with the reservation. They pushed tables around and we sat down. It was extremely noisy. The apps were great, Philly Egg Rolls, which were excellent and the cheese nachos were HUGE. We were a party of 6 and the vodka rigatoni was great, chicken parm was good, turkey and brie was too spicy. A runner brought the meals and my chicken pot pie was missing. She was going to check on it. Our server finally came back to check on us and still no pot pie. Everyone else was finished their meal, table cleared and the pot pie comes. The side salad was fresh and dressing good, the pot pie was awful, The veggies were hard and the chicken chewy, the crust was soggy. Very disappointed for our first time there. The pot pie was taken off the bill, but it still left a sour taste in my mouth.Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Trixie. We appreciate your feedback and will share your thoughts with our staff and make adjustments where needed to ensure that your next visit is a 5 star experience. Thank you for your business, we hope you give us another try soon.

Decent menu, always fresh ingredients. This is a family place but also has a nice big bar with tvs. You usually have to wait but it isn't crazy. The waitstaff always seems to forget things. Multiple people run the food to tables which may add to the confusion. We always have to ask for utensils, bread, or something they forgot. Too bad because overall the food is good. Might be better for takeout

I only get a chance to stop by a couple times a year for lunch when I have business in the area but I have always had a decent lunch and good service. Recently I ordered the rigatoni with vodka sauce and it was very good. Looking forward to going back.

This place has a great lineup of beer very knowledgeable bartenders and friendly servers. But I have to talk about are the fried pickles. Oh my god they are so delicious! Cruncy breading that is covered in the perfect amount of dill and fried to a dream like slender. I eat them and then think about them When I leave the bar. The rest of the menu is good too. But oh the pickles....Thanks for the rave review of our fried pickles! Happy to hear you've found an Isaac's favorite. Hope to see you back soon!
