Visited Union Street Grill late Sunday evening. The restaurant was fairly quiet and I grabbed a seat at the bar.Draft selection was generic and limited. Food menu was quite extensive. I ordered the Reuben with a side of onion rings. The Reuben was decent, with tender beef. The onion rings were outstanding - perhaps the best I have had. Lightly battered and fried perfectly.Service late at night was a little slow, but understood as they were getting things restocked to close.Would visit again.

This is a lovely old building, and there used to be another restaurant here years ago, so we were excited to try it again. We were a group of 6 seated in the bird room (gorgeous, large photographs of herons and egrets) with a special challenge of almost all seniors and one guest with advanced Alzheimer's. Maddy did a super job of taking our orders and keeping us updated on what was happening in the kitchen. There were several things that were not up to par. From the time we were seated to the first bite was almost one hour First of all, why did it take so long for clam chowder? Surely each bowl wasn't made from scratch. Second, the ratio of haddock to bun in the sandwich was disappointing. The fish was okay, but the huge bun was out of proportion. Third, the flatbread used for the eggplant parmigiana was done panini style so that by the time you were ready to eat the second part of your sandwich, it was soggy and needed to be eaten with a fork and knife. Were the truffle fries good? Yes. Maddy suggested them, and she was right. But the rest of the food was ok. Not great, not bad, just ok, which made my very sad. I was hoping to love this place.

Your local British pub with an American address!
Sadly this restaurant has declined significantly. I get the sense that itâs going out of business like the other ones. It used to be a great place, but has declined significantly. Just left and the place is half full on a Saturday night. Even then, they donât have enough people to keep the place running. Manager took ten minutes to come out because she had to do dishes. What happened? Food was terrible.
We have been to this restaurant many times. It has a fun, friendly atmosphere. The food selections consists of pizza, burgers and a variety of fried foods such as clams - good basic cooking. The pizza is reliably great. The salads are good generously sized with a variety of greens. The scallops which I frequently have are usually pretty good. I do the broiled, but I have a friend who does the fried. Overall the menu is varied. This is a popular place - a friend calls it the local townie bar. Very solid place.

Took my family out for lunch on a Saturday. Not overly crowded, and quick service. My kids enjoyed the mac and cheese. I had and average reuben, but thought the atmosphere was very nice.

Now that I have your attention. This was a fabulous breakfast! My friend had the Tavern breakfast special and I had the egg sandwich on a Portuguese muffin. Farm fresh eggs since we are close to all the local farms and as I said they make their own sweet sausage patties. The home fries had a wonderful Old Bay style seasoning and of course we had breakfast cocktails. I was so full but determined I was not leaving anything on the plate. The owner is a former catering chef in Boston and knows how to cook food right! Excellent meal and I will definitely return to try lunch and sit on the patio

Prezo "A Genuine Gem" (4 Stars) as noted by the Worcester Telegram & Gazette is Milford's best restaurant. Dine in Prezo's casual yet elegant dining room or sit at the 30 seat horseshoe bar while watching the game on one of four plasma TV's. Prezo's also
First visit here and we sat at a high top in the bar area. We were welcomed and taken to a nice table next to the bar. There were two parties going on at the time but as they were in separate rooms, you really did not know they were there. Service was good and order included Onion Soup which was great, not salty and unions cut small enough to enjoy, burgers and fries which were cooked as asked and the fries were very good, Overall the service was good and my only disappointment were the drinks, that were very lite on the alcohol side.

Irish restaurants are a dime a dozen around here, but this one stands out. The food is consistently above-average. I've never had a bad meal over the years, and whenever I've brought friends or family, they rave about their dishes. The menu includes Irish classics like bangers and mash and pub stand-bys like burgers, turkey dinners, and some tasty salads. The drink prices are reasonable and it's rarely crowded so you can get attention from the waitstaff. Certainly worth the stop if you're in the area.

I was out voted and the group decided on BBQ. Short wait for a Friday night. Decor much improved from previous establishment however I found the tabletop to be too busy with the advertisement paper placement. For a non bbq lover, the options were limited and I settle for steak tips with mashed. It was ok. Two others in group got brisket and enjoyed and said they would return. Other got the prime rib with sweet potato fries (although they ordered the mashed potato!). Fries were over cooked. But he also said he would return. As others have stated, service was a little slow, especially getting drinks from bar. Never received the second round we requested (not charged). Would go again although it would be nice if they added a couple more options for non bbq lovers

It was past 6:30 last night but we haven't thought about dinner. We weren't very hungry and thought a burger sounded good but didn't know where to go locally. Somehow we thought the Medway Cafe might have a good one so we drove there. We were shocked upon arrival to find quite a lot of folks waiting for a table. We never thought this place was that popular. We grabbed two stools at the bar. Turns out they have a Wed night special of two Italian dinners for a special price -- I think $25 or, at least, under $30. And it included a lot and it looked very good - we will go back to try it sometime but, for last night, we were up for burgers. We both thought the burgers were quite good, really had a very nice flavor. It was slow coming out of the kitchen, but then they were very busy. Our only complaint was that the burger which we ordered Med rare came out pretty much well done. I should have complained but didn't want to wait for another one -- by this time we were hungry.
