La pizza e' buona. Secondo me e' più un posto per pizza da asporto, anche se ci sono dei tavolini per poterla mangiare li.Unico neo a mio avviso e' la troppa confusione fuori dal locale, che si trova sotto dei condomini, e anche all'interno del locale. Un vociare che a volte impedisce di parlare. Stasera c'era una ragazza che non parlava gridava e probabilmente non si e' accorta che c'era anche altra gente nel locale oltre lei. Locale abbastanza spartano ma accogliente.

It was our first night at the hotel and we opted for the on-site restaurant. The menu was interesting but a bit limiting with the gluten/onion free needs for my wife.We both opted for the sea bass which should have been served with green beans and carrots. Lacking starch and feeling incomplete we asked for some potatoes as well, they offered fried potatoes.When the food arrived there were no beans or carrots, just french fries in a cone. Somewhat shocked we asked where they were, the reply was "you asked for potatoes"! The rather clumsy assumption was that they were instead of? Seriously?It took a good 10 minutes for peas in pods to arrive...?! What happened to the carrots and beans?The waiter placed the bottle of wine in a bucket out of reach and came back once to put a small splash in each of our glasses, I had to ask a second time and in the end I fetched the bottle and finished it off with a decent glass each.The biggest shock though was at the end when the bill arrived: the â¬19 bottle of wine was charged at â¬24 and worst of all, the fries were â¬16!!! "They were extra!" came the terse reply.I'm sorry, but that was exceedingly poor and rude. We haven't eaten there since and won't do for the duration of the stay.The sea bass was nothing to write home about either, two small squares, not the normal fillets we have everywhere else. If I'm going to be charged â¬99 for a bottle of wine and two incomplete main courses I'm certainly not going to recommend the restaurant to anyone else.

Tucked away in a quiet side street on the outskirts of town this little place is excellent. Very helpful friendly staff provided English expiation of lunch menu, I had the recommended dish with water and vino all for 10â¬. Quality was excellent and dish well presented. WIFI good also. I will be back again! Grazie millie.

What should I say, for sure I am glad to have found such a nice place in the center of Varese where you can taste excellent Italian food, such as piadinas, local cheeses (it is so rare to find them), ham and salami dishes, etc.. There is also good wine and draft beer.

Not worth a detour but, if you are on your way to/from, say, Varese from/to the Swiss border at Porto Ceresio, on Lake Lugano, definitely worth knowing for a quick coffee, ice-cream, and pizza by the slice, as well as some lunchtime sandwiches and salads.Certainly the only place in the area that offers such a range, from about 8am through to 11pm. Friendly and efficient service from owners Fabio and Maria, with tables inside, and on a small patio, as well as a couple facing the street.Pizza by the slice, or take out a whole pie. In the latter case, the choice of toppings is extensive. In the former, there's usually three or four options.Definitely in the "cheap and cheerful" category, Gelateria PizzaIn gets pretty busy, with a strong local trade, but there's always room for a few more; if there's no room in the small car-park, there should be something nearby.

This place exceeded our expectation. Staff is very friendly. But the best part is their Pizza because it is something special, they call it Pinsa and it is the best pizza we had in the north of italy. I had a Pinsa Regina, my husband opted for the Pinsa Valtellina, both soft and sublime. Highly recommend this place.

We went to the restaurant on Sunday evening with my husband and 2 friends, We had an amazing meal, Not a huge menu which to me is perfect,there was plenty to choose from but not too much to confuse a person. The meal was out standing, not one down fall at all, each plate was as I expected with a little added twist, making the meal stand out from any meal I have had in a very long time !! The wine choice was very good. The surrounding views are beautiful and serene, subtle music and low lights, just perfectThe staff were extremely efficient, polite and well presented. Totally out standing ! An amazing night I will remember for a long time (But please make sure you take mosquito repellent if seated outside, I have more than enough bites to remind me of the evening)

Have been there cause it was the only place with a TV showing EuroCup 2012.They serve Italian sandwiches but honestly it is nothing special, paid round about 5,00 ⬠for a sandwich but taste was not really kicking me. Drinks served as well, beer is more expensive than in a bar. Lady who serves is more interested in Facebook than in customers. Quite unfriendly. Seating very limited. I will not return.
