Reviews on Bar food in Huaraz, Ancash Region, Peru. Huaraz dates back to before the Incan Empire and is a great destination for travelers looking to combine cultural education with relaxation. Explore archaeological sites and the ancient stone monoliths at the Museo Regional de Ancash. Squeeze into narrow Duck Canyon or, for a challenge with a massively beautiful payoff, hike a mountain trail in Huascarán National Park.

Welcome to Trivio, Resto-bar Sierra Andina! The name âTRIVIOâ comes from the Latin word âTriviumâ which means âthe confluence of three trailsâ. It was at these confluences or âTriviumsâ, that people would stop on the way to work and chat with their friends
My husband and I love Trivio. We have lived in Ancash for almost a year and always end up at Trivio for breakfast, lunch, and even dinner. Highly recommend their breakfast. It is American style and coffee comes with each breakfast and is super affordable. I love pancakes and the omelette as well. During high tourist season, their menu is one of the bests. Lots of variety and always has a vegetarian option. For dinner I recommend the chicken sandwich and their pastas are yummy as well! But by far their beer keeps us coming back along with the friendly staff. Tony is our favorite! The Shaman IPA is by far our favorite beer along with the Amber Ale. You will not be disappointed by coming to Trivio!!

Just love the home made sausages. We buy them for our own barbecue. Will try the Argentine steak one day.
Comida rápida, hamburgueserÃa y sándwiches, sazón argentina, chef argentino que le da un toque especial y delicioso a nuestra variada carta.
I crossed this place a few times on my way to my hostel and I finally went in, the burger was great and so were the fries. Awesome little spot and affordable, definitely coming back.

There are plenty of choices, but we got excellent recommendations; we said we liked the sourness of a pisco sour and were served with cocktails based on local fruits that suited us very well.We had a long and interesting conversation with the bartender; he was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's not super cheap, but the cocktails are big and you can really enjoy your drink.Recommended!Nuestra ciudad de HUARAZ es maravillosa por varios motivos, y una de ellas son sus FRUTAS.Ha sido un placer atenderlos amigos.
