After four years of planning and construction, Cooperâs Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with
This restaurant is away from the Town Center so if you want to get away from that business, this is a good alternative. Food is American and good- pretty typical American fare. I had the fish tacos and would not recommend those as there was barely any fish in there. About 65% of the dish was the slaw. The tacos crumbled and broke and had to eat the whole thing with a fork. My drink was well made. There is a wine tasting wine store at front and a nice/spacious outdoor deck. Free, but limited outdoor lot and it seemed a bit further garage. This is on the edge of a small outdoor eatery mall.

Many friends have sung the praises of NYAJ. I had friends visiting from out of town, so I suggested we stop there. It was a Sunday at 7PM, there were many people there, but it wasn't crowded. We were seated promptly and then we waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. Our waiter came over to take our drink order after we had been waiting more than 10 minutes. It seemed like he was busy flirting with an attractive patron instead of checking on all his assigned tables. He took our food order when he brought the drinks. We were all thirsty and finished our drinks fast. We couldn't find our waiter. When the food runner brought our food, we asked if she could get us drink refills. She said no, but she'd get our waiter. She came back a few minutes later with the rest of our food, but again told us she'd get our waiter. The food was pretty good, but the indifferent service made us want to just leave. We don't want or expect wait staff to become our new best friends, but we do expect service. We had pepperoni pizzas and hamburgers. They were a decent size and pretty tasty.Hello,While I am glad that you enjoyed your meals, I am also disappointed to hear about the lack of service you received. Please accept my sincere apology.Feedback from our guests is our most valuable tool for retraining our staff so I am hoping that you'll remember who your server was?If you can real out to me directly at [email protected] I'd love to try and make things right for you. Please include your name and mailing address when you do respond and cross-reference you name here.Thank you,Jimmie

Clyde's of Reston opened in 1991 in the thriving Virginia suburb just 10 minutes from Dulles Airport. Since then, we've been a part of Reston Town Center's evolution into a bustling business and shopping hub; and a destination for neighbors and global vis
Visited for lunch and was served by Jaih who has a wonderful personality. SO ordered the crab soup and was impressed, while I ordered the BLT that came with fries. More than enough food for a lunch item. SO ordered a bacon cheeseburger and could not eat it all. He was too full! We were fortunate to have beautiful weather to enjoy sitting outside! Overall wonderful experience! Top notch service and food.

We visited around 6:10pm on a Saturday evening and were told.ot.woild be about a 30minute wait, so we headed to the bar. There you can get all the same.food items, so we ordered a carafe of margarita and some tacos - cauli, mushroom, pork belly, fish, and maybe one more. Each tasted SO amazing, I really couldn't pick a favorite. We also had the guacamole which was so amazing. We left, then an hour later after wandering around Reston TC we returned and had more.drinks and my husband had a couple more tacos plus the corn fritters. SO GOOD! The staff were friendly, food was so amazing, drinks so good. And although it was kind of loud it wasn't disturbing, we could still have a convo without shouting. We will DEFINITELY be back!

A nostalgic nod to mid century Americana and comfort food classics and some unexpected twists (a la sushi) in an upbeat 1940's dinner house.
Came to jacksonâs on the rec of a friend while visiting town center. The bread they serve on the table is more like dessert and just delicious. great drinks. had a bellini and my friend had the mojito. yum. My friend had the steak sandwich and fries. delicious shoestring style. I had the chicken salad not sure what they call it. Has avocado blue cheese chicken pecans greens with a champagne vinaigrette. everything was delicious. our servers were just super pleasant and helpful. seating inside was comfortable. They do have a nice outdoor seating area but it was a bit humid for us to be outside. prices were average. I would def go back and highly recommend.

Stoneâs Cove KitBar combines the design of a kitchen and a bar to create one large communal table that surrounds the restaurantâs kitchen.
First time dining at Kitbar and was quite pleased with the food and ambiance, the MEGA wrap around bar was very interesting, but my so called Chef/ server was pretty lame, really didn't have a good personality and would have been better off working at the Tire Center at Costco. The food was really good and I highly recommend their Cheesy Onion soup. Had the Fish Taco's for main dish and it was great

This was my fourth and last visit to Burtonâs. My family of four and I found the food on this visit under-portioned compared to the past, cold, and from pre-bagged preparation instead of fresh. Worse yet was the exceptionally long wait to get our entrees, dessert, and check. But the final nail in the coffin for me was not getting what I ordered and being charged for it. My kids had the kids steak meal and the kids chicken meal. The steak was tiny, not the portions of the past (hint, go to Bungalow Lake House - more generous portion and free on Sat with paying adult!), and the chicken was dry and overcooked. My husband had the sad paleo bunless burger with what appeared to be a teaspoon of guacamole and three leaves of lettuce, as well as cold sweet potato hash browns that probably came from a bag. This was part of the paleo menu, from which I also ordered. Note: for boasting a paleo menu, Burtonâs should list more than three items and offer to make other entrees paleo by swapping out the grain sides. So one of the other paleo options is salmon with romesco sauce, blistered tomatoes, and sautéed vegetables; there is an option to swap the salmon for shrimp (not extra, actually a lower charge). Not feeling like salmon, I asked for the shrimp. Our waitress asked what size portion - 6 or 9 oz. I asked how many shrimp came with it, she repeated the oz sizes. So I went with 6oz and was completely surprised that thirty minutes later I had a plate of salmon and shrimp. Ugh! How hard is it to substitute not add?!?! I told the good server immediately thatâs not what I had ordered and she said she would have it fixed on the bill. I would have sent it back but I was tired of waiting, hungry, and trying to get my kids home at a decent time for bed. The salmon was nothing special, lacked enough romesco sauce, only had two blistered cherry tomatoes on top and was plates on a bed of broccoli and Brussels slaw that was definitely from a coke slaw bag mix and was definitely undercooked and cold. It was so disappointing, and to top it off (literally), the six shrimp were tough, way overcooked, and flavorless. My kids wanted to finish the meal with dessert, so we ordered the chocolate layer cake. It honestly took twenty minutes to get the cake which was clearly right out of the refrigerator based on its cold interior and warm patch of fudge sauce on top. It was not a $9 piece of cake, I should have gone to Abbotâs next door for frozen custard. Finally, we waited another 10-15 minutes to get our bill, our incorrect bill. The waitress had the audacity to keep the shrimp she added to the salmon on the bill at $8. Of course I reminded her I ordered only shrimp not shrimp and salmon. What does she do? She takes the $8 shrimp off the bill but still charges me for the salmon I never wanted. I was so sick of waiting that I paid for the $24 salmon though I should have only paid for $18 shrimp. I wonât be back for slow service, cold, pre-bagged food, and mediocre entrees I never wanted in the first place. In an area ripe with dining options, there is no need to come here.
