A great pub atmosphere that is family friendly. Full bar with 17 drafts and huge bottle selection. Inside and outside seating. There is a lounge and private event room for over 100 people, custom fit with sofas, full bar and a 135" projection TV and state
Was travelling through Albany back to Canada with a friend that is celiac. On the train from New York City to Albany, I googled gluten free and came across this restaurant. As my friend is highly sensitive, I called to confirm. They have a separate kitchen area for the prep and cooking of all gluten free meals. I was greatly impressed by the service and ambiance of the restaurant. Would definitely go back (even without a celiac). If you are a looking for excellent food, gluten free or otherwise, at reasonable prices this is the place to go.Thank you for the wonderful review. We take pride in our Gluten Free menu. We hope to see you again during your travels.

This is the second time my partner and I have gone to this grill. The wine at happy hour was $4.00, which was really good for the price. We ordered 4 apps, buffalo quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, meatballs in marinara sauce and chicken wings. The food was great, especially the meatballs. We were so full, we did not even bother to eat dinner. I recomend

99 Restaurants reminded me of an Applebee's. The feel and atmosphere were the same. They have a large bar with tables around it. There are also tvs playing sports everywhere. We visited on Black Friday so the kids got to eat free. That's what drove our decision to eat here. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. She was patient with the kids when they ordered. She was prompt with drinks and our dishes. We felt the portions were just right. For once, we weren't given too much food. The steak was excellent! The kids also enjoyed their meals. Theirs also came with dessert, which they loved. Prices were great. The restaurant was clean. The staff was superb. It was located close to hotels, shopping, and the airport.

We love the menu at this place. There were some seasonal and locally sourced items that looked amazing. The salmon with the orange and herbal glaze plus mashed potatoes and asparagus was delicious. But, we also ordered pizza and salad. The pizza was terrible. The sauce tasted like it came from a jar and the crust was a soggy flatbread. We did take out so I cannot comment on the service. I will definitely try this place again, as the menu is so diverse.

This was a new restaurant for us and we weren't disappointed. The ambience is warm and cozy with a woodburning fireplace near the bar and spacious booths. My husband ordered a combination rib and brisket platter while I opted for a 6 oz steak. Both meals were delicious and we had our choice of sides. Our waiver was attentive without being intrusive and despite it being a crowded Saturday night, we didn't have to wait long for our food.

We've been here before and continue to return as the food and service is excellent. The staff is very well trained to wait on customers. This is a credit to the management. The food service in the back is always perfect in their preparation of meals served by the wait staff. It is a great friendly atmosphere. Their menu is diverse enough to satisfy all eating styles.Thank you so much for the wonderful words! It means a lot. We look forward to serving you again soon.Sincerely,Robert MalkusOwner

I was surprised to find this upscale restaurant in a mall in Albany. I started with a cucumber mint martini recommended by our wonderfully attentive waiter Damien. The Tuna Tartare was worth my 5 star rating by itself! I had the Miso Glazed Sea Bass which was VERY good as well, however the rice served was a bit off-putting with it's unusual texture (have you ever put left-over rice in the fridge and re-heated it a few days later? Almost dryish, al dente.) Anyhow, it must have been the way they serve it to everyone because the open kitchen had several Cuban chefs (who most certainly know their rice dishes). I just found it a bit strange personally. One last issue I had with the restaurant was that the hostesses seemed very young & inexperienced. (Being in the business, my hostesses are the most experienced people on the floor.) They sat us in a nice, quiet & secluded section which was wonderful until they came, near the end of our entrees, with a group of 4 very loud, semi intoxicated ladies and seated them directly next to us, within 4 feet, with 20 other tables open in our section! I would have stayed much longer for more cocktails & definitely tried one of the yummy sounding desserts since I was on vacation, but the ladies chased us away with their noisy antics. Oh, well. Next time perhaps.

The food is unique, and tasted good. We actually enjoyed the visit, except that our waitress was a bit too quick to leave, so we had hard time asking her about different meals.

Seven us meet there for Chicken Parm night and we all enjoyed our meals. It was very busy and I had trouble finding a parking space but it was worth it. Almost all of us had the chicken parm but two of the people had the haddock parm. The dinner came with soup or salad, pasta and bread. the portions were hug and the dinner is only $8.95 on Wednesday nights. There is a little bit of a wait but it was busy. Our server was really good and kept coming back to see how we were doing. She did not rush us at all because we were in no hurray to leave,
