We got there about 9 PM and the place was packed. We were seated immediately and ordered tea and apps while deciding our entree. The waitress was patient explaining the various flavors of wings. The fried pickles, fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks were good but the mushrooms were large and Vicki enjoyed them. I ordered the corn beef sandwich and she got the wings. I was shocked that instead of sliced corned beef it was chunks. The brisket is fatty and it was too greasy for me. I didn’t even eat 1/2 of it. Vicki took three choices of flavors and enjoyed them and took some home. This was my second time and while things were good I went away so-so.

Ask for the catfish to be fried extra crispy or it is a bit chewy. Served with lettuce and tomato. Fries could be crispier but not bad. The hushpuppies are great. Served with a maple butter. Nice and attentive staff. Good place to relax. Thank You very much for coming in and I'm sorry that your Catfish was not as you expected. Did you happen to ask for management and voice your concern before you left? We would have gladly made sure it was right. Glad you enjoyed everything else and hope to see you back again soon.

Just home from our first visit. Tonight was BOGO Wing/Tenders Night so I figure we had a good view of how they handle a totally packed house and these people are PROS! The place was mobbed but the service from the wait staff and the kitchen was amazing. It was obvious that whoever is in charge knows people because all the servers really seemed to be enjoying their job. They took time to really interact with their customers and from a service standpoint you would never know that every table in the house was full. We will be back whenever we are in Greenwood. Can't wait to they the Meat & Veg Lunch Special....maybe tomorrow!Thank you very much for your very kind and complimentary review. Please introduce yourself next time you're in. Its always nice to put a face with a review that compliments and had such a pleasant experience. Appreciative,Kevin PraterManaging partner

The deck view is beautiful and the service was pleasant. The food was very disappointing with the exception of the cheeseburger. It was tasty. One of our party had the special which was a bony pork chop, undercooked scalloped potatoes, black eyed peas, a roll, and okra. The items on the special were under salted and the peas were very bland. Another person in our group had a flounder sandwich which was dry due to being a little over -cooked. I would give these meals a 2, but the service and cheeseburger raised our opinions, therefore I’m giving it a 3 rating. There is not much competition for restaurants around Lake Greenwood.

Birthday lunch for a friend, so this was her choice. This chain restaurant is a good option for reasonably priced food. The service was prompt, but not rushed. The noise level was higher than comfortable for conversation, which was disappointing, since this was a special occasion. Again, the guest's choice. Not a fan of chain restaurants, but I migh try another O'Charley's, given the opportunity.

A group of 14 went for dinner on Weds, oyster/ prime rib night. We had a private dining room with two servers and the service was great. The servers were obviously well trained. Those of us that ordered the calamari as an app received a large bowl of perfectly fried calamari. A very nice fresh tomato sauce accompanied. The prime rib was not very good. It arrived totally brown and looked dried out. All looked alike no matter what temperature was ordered. They had dipped the meat in hot Au jus before plating so the meat looked like a grilled steak rather than a nice pink prime. A cruet of Au Jus was served on the side and it was needed. Seasoning was rather bland. The sided of sauteed squash and smashed potatoes were very good as were the fresh peach muffins. Creme brulee came with the meal and it was perfect. One of our group order the flounder with meunier sauce. He said it was delicious.

We were meeting friends for dinner and this was their suggestion. No one particularly enjoyed their meal, the quality wasn't great. The service was friendly though. When we arrived at 6:30PM on a Friday night and there was no one eating there, it should have told us something. It looked pretty tired and worn inside. I ordered a salad that was suppose to come with blue cheese on it. We were so busy talking to our friends that I didn't notice until I thought back on it and looked at the menu online and I was right, it was suppose to have the cheese and did not.

I eat here like once every month or two and the food is always really good. Service is usually great too but this past visit the waitress didn’t seem to listen very well. Had to take my wife’s salad back because she specially requested no almonds and the waitress even repeated it back while ordering and still brought out the salad with almonds when my wife reminded her that she said no almonds the waitress said that we didn’t tell her that. I believe this would make anyone mad. They also have changed military discount to now just include the veterans main course and nothing else which is better than no discount but not as good as what if once was when they used to take it off the entire check. I’ll probably give this place another try in a couple months. They still have one of the best salads ever.

He had the steak and cheese sandwich and he really liked it.I had the chicken Alfredo which was nice but the portion was a bit stingy.
