Stopped by the Wine Rack. Great retail wine selection. We came in after a trip through Amish country. So happy we did. The wine selection by the glass was awesome. The sandwiches we're fresh and high quality. The tapas cheese and charcuterie board was well constructed. Great place for a glass of wine and an afternoon snack. BTW...good craft beer selection too!
We were so excited to get a new restaurant close to home that looked upscale and hip. We tried it out last friday, and it was so very disappointing. We didn't have reservations and got right in, so that was the first bad sign since they are new. The restaurant is on the top floor of an old building they remodeled, so its on the small side. The menu was very small, we started with a cocktail I had a cider mule, which was supposed to be a hot drink and was just luke warm. We also had an order of the beer cheese pretzels, these were very tasty but they bring out four small pretzels and a huge pot of cheese, it felt so wasteful to us as over half the cheese was left. I had the salmon which was a decent sized piece it was just dry and bland, the little potato croquettes were so small and they were cold. My husband had the Asian short ribs and boy was he disappointed he said it was tender but just tasted like a pot roast no spice or Asian notes, plus he said the mashed potatoes tasted like boxed instant. The Food is not cheap here so we expected way better quality and portions. I hope this place takes some constructive criticism as we want them to improve and stay, but for that to happen they need to lower prices, ramp up the flavors and increase portions, not one person was taking a to go box home.
They mostly offer burgers and suds. clean with various activities. I.e. pool, darts and slide/pinball bowling. They run the current Pro games and the bar is roomy. I was there during the day to check it out with my family. It seemed to be a slow day. I understand that it is pretty busy in the evening. They are open 365 days a year.. The food was good, we had burgers. This is a bar atmosphere.

Nice casual restaurant with mostly bar food. Many burgers and sandwich options- pretzel bites were very tasty...deep fried and filled with cheese. The grilled cheese was good- but it is a lot of bread. You'll probably bring half of it home. Fries were tasty. Food came out quicky, good service.

We are known for our legendary slow-roasted prime rib. Plenty of menu options from sandwiches and salads to steaks and seafood.
Nicely priced menu, many choices. Nice location off on Ohio rt 8 and 3 miles from downtown New Philadelphia, on 7 mile drive road. Pastas, steak, seafood, chops etc sandwich and specials of the day could include anything different than the main menu. good service ,staff cooks and drinks.

Wouldn't be fair unless I started this review by saying this place was our second choice. We went to the Brewhouse, a nearby bar/restaurant, after a very late high school football game. The kitchen at the Brewhouse closes early and our server suggested this place (it was on our list of maybes anyway) instead. We parked right out front and the place wasn't crowded. Allowed to sit wherever we wanted, we chose a table in the dining area (there is a very small bar area, a very small dining area, and a small patio area). Kimber was our server and she was fantastic. There was a variety of music played throughout our stay, but the bartender was obviously a Bone Thugs N Harmony fan. We didn't mind, it wasn't too loud and it was well intermixed with other genres. Kimber said that some nights a lot of country music is played, other nights it might be 80s rock.Since it was late, ALL appetizers were 1/2 price. We ordered the chili nachos and they were really good. For my meal, I had a Blue Burger - both it and the fries were delicious! My husband had a Reuben. He also enjoyed his fries, though the sauerkraut on the sandwich was a touch too sweet for him. (He still finished it, it was just a slight bump in his Reuben road.) As an additional note, the service here was QUICK! It was great to receive our food hot and fresh off the grill.Overall, we had a great time. The people there were very low key. Seemed like a few of those at the bar were regulars. We'd become regulars if we didn't live so far away!!

I came into this place with not having high hopes. It turned out to be the best place that we had visited our entire trip.It starts off with the lady that was helping us. She was very friendly. Probably one of the only people that have ever guessed my height. She said are you 6-7. I said yes, how did you know. She said her son is 6-10.She was very helpful. We tried most of the wines that we wanted to try. I had the reds and whites and they were so darn good. The Tempranillo, Pinot Noir and another one that was a red that wasn't available were amazing. We purchased 5 bottles here. All of the wine was terrific. Loved this place, and we will be back.We met another couple from near Akron. We had a small conversation on different wineries to try out.

Ron and the entire Hog Heaven staff gives back to the community through Annual Motorcycle Runs, Memorial Funds, Scholarships, and a friend or two in need. We are glad your travels landed you here, you entered as a stranger, but you'll leave as a friend! W
This place has good bbq bar food. It is a no nonsense, not fancy place. Friendly staff. The chicken wings are outstanding. Tuesday and Thursday are their wing nights. 0.65 per wing. They are big wings. Good beer selection.

We learned about this restaurant by recommendation on a football forum. So glad we did! The food and service were outstanding! The prices were just short of being too high, but the portions were generous and the place was clean.I had a pulled pork platter and my husband had the combination (pork and beef) platter. We both had mac and cheese and baked beans with our meat. My husband ordered wings too. Everything was very tasty, cooked well, and served with a smile. The only weird thing was the shower curtain, barely any privacy bathroom. Regardless, we would definitely return again!

Looked them up on Trip Advisor, sounded like a good place to eat. Followed the online directions, to be honest, had 2nd thoughts about going in judging by my 1st impression. Really glad we decided to roll the dice and go in. Inside wasn't anything fancy, just a nice clean place to eat. Very friendly staff along with great food made for a great experience. Excellent ribs, the onion rings and fries were very good as well. I'd definitely stop in here to eat again if I'm in the area.
