Dukeâs happy hour is a must stop when we visit family in Kent. What is better than a reasonably priced drink, awesome offerings such as salmon sliders, calamari, Cesar salad, hamburgers, chowder, and more? The servers are also very friendly and efficient.

We arrived and were greeted and seated right away. It was nice out so we sat outside. I got the salmon special which was excellent. My wife got the crab cake and soup combo. We got clam chowder and it was very good. The crab cake was good but being from Maryland I wouldnât say excellent. I would definitely eat here again. The menu can be a little overwhelming but ask your server. Ours was excellent!!

We walked here from our hotel. The casino area is small and not very busy during our visit. I had a shrimp and sausage pasta dish that was great. Rich and creamy and a nice portion size. My wife had fish tacos. The food and drinks all were much better priced than the hotels. The food was better too. The menu has many choices not usually found in one place so thereâs something for every craving.

Solid choice for "pub fare" and brews when in the area. The deep fried pickles, Southwest and Steak salads are favorites. The menu has been tweaked, the quality of food has improved as well as the service since our last visit. Deep fried items are crisp, not greasy. Portions are generous. The beef to bun ratio of their French dip sandwich was a little on the light side. Pricing is on par for the quality and quantity and can be mitigated with coupons. Definitely a step up from a fast food chain option. Recommended.

Excellent food and serviceThe price was out of this world. Each of us had a bowl of soupAnd Fish and chips....we drank water.. $75....+$15 tip equaled a $90.56 dinner. Prepare your self to spend $$$$
Went to this little dive bar with my friend after we heard the fried chicken was good. We sat down and the bartender took our drink orders and gave us menus. We both ordered the fried chicken and Jo Jo's it came out pretty quick it was hot and delicious. The Ranch needs to be upgraded as it was not very good but I will be back for the delicious fried chicken.
This place has a loud boisterous atmosphere. I love it and go there regularly with friends to play pool watch sports and have drinks. Lots of fun.

This was a short walk from our hotel and a very pleasant surprise. The food was really great and service was fast. It is a little on the expensive side but it was worth it. They also have a 4% Cooks Commission (tip) added to the bill. You can opt out of this if you want to but the cooks did a great job on our meal so we paid it.

We wanted to try something different than the breaded cod we ate at home and the combo platter satisfied that idea. We started with a bowl of hot, flavorful clam chowder ~ definitely some of the best I have tasted. Our combo platter ~ big enough to share after the chowder ~ arrive hot and fresh. Where to start ~ well there were clam strips, prawns, scallops, cod planks, and halibut (the food I wanted to try the most and liked the least). Add to that fries and cole slaw and your sample of various fish is complete. The food items were delicious and not grease soaked. Their menu lists a lot of interesting items that I will try if we ever get back to Des Moines WASHINGTON
