When you combine fresh local seafood, live music, a casual atmosphere and cold beer you get "a Great Local Dive" that has been an authentic piece of Causeway history since 1958. At the BLUEGILL we offer more than just a commitment to fresh traditional sea
Ate there on a Sunday at lunch. Sort of busy, but not terribly, however we waited a long time for our food. Food was not prepared well. Considering the excellent choices in the area, I won't go back.Dear Guest,On behalf of the Felixâs team, I thank you for taking the time to rate and review your recent experience at our restaurant. We truly appreciate your candid feedback. It is feedback such as yours that helps our team improve. All of your comments will be shared with our leadership team. Despite this negative experience, we hope that you will choose to dine with us again the next time you are in Spanish Fort. Our staff would welcome the opportunity to show you the Felixâs Fish Camp experience that so many of our guests have grown fond of. Sincerely,Cooper Restaurants

Our first visit here, and the food was excellent as was the service. Nice relaxing atmosphere (Except for the screaming baby several tables away!), and a very pleasant experience. May stop by again on the way back home. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that no warm rolls or bread was included. Should have been for the prices.

We ate at this Hooters while in town for a softball tournament in Daphne. We had a large group of over 30 people. Having that many people we expect to wait and know that it is difficult to serve that many in one party. They assigned 2 servers to our group. The problem with the entire meal was that half of the people in the party received their dinners as their server was really on top of things and the other half waited at least another 25 minutes for their meals as their server had no clue what she was doing, prolonging dinner an extra hour at least for some families that hadn't eaten. After making the manager aware of our unhappiness with the situation (and being over charged and pointing this out to him) he did absolutely nothing for our inconvenience and sent the server back to us rather than handling the situation himself. VERY unhappy with the service and the manager for not doing anything to make the situation better after the problem was brought to his attention by several in the party. Would not go here again even with a small party of people. EVER.

Enjoy mouth-watering local fare with ingredients sourced from local farms and our Estate Garden. Including everything from shareable appetizers, burgers & sandwiches, salads, woodstone pizzas, pasta, fresh local seafood or a steak cooked to perfection. Di
We are locals and have dined here a couple of times. The setting is simply gorgeous, with great views of the bay from virtually every inside table. They also offer outdoor seating with even better views. The menu is quite good and diverse. They are a bit pricey, but not too bad considering their high-end resort location. The service is generally pretty good and they have a full bar and a decent wine list, as well as several interesting draft and craft beers. My favorite is the shrimp Cobb salad. It is simply amazing and HUGE! Be sure and ask for both dressings (a thick red wine vinaigrette and green goddess) on the side you can experiment with both.

We stopped by Manciâs for Bloody Maryâs at the suggestion of a travel app while on our way to Perdido Bay. It is a charming, eclectic mix of funky decor that challenges your eyes to check out their walls, ceilings, cases, bar, etc. which I suppose are the âantiquesâ. It was late afternoon so not crowded at all and the bartender was a very nice young man who grew up locally and gave us an historical overview of Manciâs. We decided to split a shrimp poâ boy basket and in retrospect, wish we had each gotten our own as the poâ boy was very good but the French fries were absolutely, without a doubt, the most delicious fries I have ever eaten and my wife agrees. The fries were cut in a âswirlyâ shape that was not only unique but made the pieces much larger and flavorful; actually tasted like potatoes and not oil! The Bloody Maryâs might have the reputation but it was the fries that was the most memorable!
