Komi beach is the best organized beach in Chios for me and Kohili is one of the best beach bars as it has a cafe/ bistro under the trees which is definitely an asset on hot summer days. The sun beds are nice, wooden or plastic as you prefer. They have all kinds of coffee and refreshments and snacks like sandwiches, hamburgers, salads etc. You can use the sun beds and the umbrellas free of charge if you eat or drink something. Efficient staff. Regular prices. There is a car park behind the cafe.

More like a resort than just a restaurant / bar - adjoining establishments, Karafaki (restaurant) & Oasis (cafe & bar) - with a number of table & lounging areas spilling over both sides of the boardwalk, right on the beach at Karfas (probably Chios's widest & most beautiful bathing beach) - has all bases covered. From a relaxed brunch, a snack, coffee or cold beer, right through dinner to drinks into the wee hours .. they even do 'beach-service' to their own umbrella'd sun-lounges right there on the sand!Like old friends, delightfully warm & accommodating hosts, Geralien & Kostas, are even more sparkling & inviting than the beautiful blue Aegean Oasis-Karafaki overlooks.Nothing was too much trouble, including inventive suggestions / alterations to accommodate any dietary preference.Relaxed, spaciously spread out (& very kid-friendly) with warm attentive staff, an extensive menu of fresh local & international dishes, & great value for money - & all in a 'postcard' beautiful location - Oasis-Karafaki is a gem.

The decoration of this new entry place is gorgeous .We went there for brunch (11:00) and for drink (22:00).All the plates are unique . The coktails are fine too.Highly recommended .It worth a try

Nice breakfast and brunch choices! Also a nice place to enjoy pizza and burger with cold beer or wine! The balcony view with a nice cocktail on the hand was a relaxing moment for me! I surely recommend this place when you visit chios.

Decided to pop in for a mid-afternoon cocktail and ended up for hours having dinner and several more cocktails as they were so delicious! The Mediterranean Chios cocktail was my favourite. Service is top notch and the bar looks out across to the marina. Great spot, hope to be back one day!

The location is wonderfull. Service is good. House red wine is excellent. Calamar is not fresh and is too small comparing other Greek taverns. The biggest problem is you pay for one slice of bread 0.90 ⬠for each person. This is the first time we had seen in 10 years in Greek islands. Because we protest, they reduced half of it. They said normally 2 slices of bread is 0.90 â¬. :)So, i hope you take notice, and in the mean time they change this pricing.

Having heard of Kellari Bar from a friendly couple we decided to visit it. Located in the square of the medieval village of Mesta, it was not that easy to find it. It was although completely worth it as we had an amazing coffee (which we were told was speciality and freshly roasted in Greece). Service was quite friendly and made our experience even more majestic. I would absolutely recommend it to a coffee or a cocktail lover!!

I'm rating this five stars in the category of Bars, namely a bar that also has a high quality cocktail menu and a good quality selection of bar food and snacks. It isn't a restaurant or fine dining, but in the category of bar, it is outstanding and we loved it so much we ate here twice. The staff are super friendly. Both the cocktails I tried here were amazing - first one was an almond milk cocktail with a beautiful slab of white chocolate sitting on top (so pretty) and the second was a beautiful pomegranate mastic cocktail, also gorgeous and both way too easy to go down. The accompanying food on both occasions was great (check my photos). You can easily enjoy a good lunch here with a cocktail if you don't feel like sitting down to a full heavy cooked taverna meal for lunch.Thank you for visiting us and we really appreciate the time you spent for writing a completed review for our bar - restaurant.
