HI All, Stumbled upon this place one afternoon when out for a walkabout and found it to be a very nice little Tapas bar with very friendly staff. We only stayed for a short while as they were closing early that day as they have a good wine selection and were doing a wine tasting event that night so were closing at 4.30. We were going home the next night but made a point of going back the next afternoon and I had a pint and my wife had a glass of wine and we got a couple of free tapas with the drinks, I noticed people having a small beer about a third of a pint (I think) were also receiving a free tapas but hey I'm Scottish and we like a pint. Decided to get a good bottle of wine which was recommended, and a few tapas and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. The chap who I think owned the bar ( sorry didn't get his name) and the other lad who worked there seemed very friendly and were always looking to see if everyone was okay. When, not If, I go back to Nerja,I will definitely be visiting Starrs a bit more often, coz this time, just found it a "Little To Late"

A lovely bar with a municipal pool attached. Run by an English couple. Magnificent views and a great place to chill out. I visited this bar all the 3 days I stayed. Having enjoyed sampling many different restaurants in Andalucia, I thoroughly enjoyed Lindaâs full English breakfast on my last day.

This restaurant is in the heart of the village. Itâs in a very busy location with a lovely out door terrace which can be covered when it gets too hot. We had lunch here twice and the food and service was excellent

We were looking for somewhere for a little rest and something light to eat, and this spot really exceeded our expectations! Lovely friendly staff, great local wine and beer and delicious food. I just went for the tuna sandwich and I swear it was the tastiest I've ever had! The location is perfect for a bit of people watching, in the heart of beautiful Frigiliana. Used to be one of my favourites but the price of a glass of wine has gone from â¬2.50 to â¬2.80 and portion size reduced. Go next door but one to Sacristan where the wine remains â¬2 per (very decently portioned) glass of wine. The food is ok but not much choice of main courses. More suited for tapas.

I visited last month as a solo travelled and loved it! Enjoyed sitting at the bar having well priced drinks and enjoyed the delicious food too! Such friendly staff too! They really know what there doing here - highly recommend.

Perfectly cooked Sunday lunches, vegetables with the bite left in them, great cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire pudding the size of a side plate. Chicken and beef are always on the menu, lamb available if ordered before Thursday. and for anyone still hungry after all that there's home-made fruit pie available to follow.Plenty of choice of other dishes on the menu too.

For the first time we came here yesterday afternoon with a great group of friends and from a quick lunch we ended up staying for 5 hours , we ordered most things on the menu which we all shared and everybody enjoyed it . The service was good and the whole place is set overlooking the lovely town of Archez .We will keep coming it's good to see a nice family offering such great service
