Dined here, with friends on our way to visit Jordanâs Mill.We picked it out from looking , for somewhere to eat, in the locality ,online. We definitely hit the jackpot.Everything about our experience was perfect. The welcome, the reception, the food when it came, and the service.Could never , praise it highly enough. We will be back, even though we do not live local.

Warm night, so chose this pub for supper. Beautiful old pub inside and out. Large garden. Staff friendly and efficient. Menu simple with plenty of choice. Thoroughly enjoyed the scotch eggs for starter, and the burger with chips full of excellent quality ingredients and well prepared. Juicy but not sloppy, and decent bun that held everything together without disintegrating. All food clearly freshly prepared with care. Will return regularly.

We were looking forward to meeting with friends at the The White Hart, and have some dinner in what looks like a very nice place. On entering we were told children were not allowed on the premises (not in the beer garden either), so we were forced to apologise to our group of friends and leave. Probably a very nice place but i will be taking my future custom elsewhere, as will the people we were due to meet.I feel this review is totally unjustified, as you have not portrayed a true picture of events. I do remember talking with you, it was 8.30pm and I very politely informed your party that our licence conditions do not permit us to allow children on the premises after 9pm. These conditions are set by Bedfordshire County Council and apply to ALL pubs in the town, and probably all of Bedfordshire, and if we are found to be in breach of these conditions we could lose our licence. Children have always been welcome in our pub and always will be.

The Green Man is a public house, restaurant and hotel, with its oak beams, exposed brickwork and inglenook fireplace's it is very popular with our patrons. Built in the 1700s, this old coach house has been transformed over the years and is has recently un
Stayed one night in the Green Man and had a lovely meal of Cajun chicken pasta, Wife had the sea bass. would have had special beef stake but a bit pricey. Price included buffet breakfast so expecting continental and was surprised that a full English was part of that. Staff friendly and helpful. Room in the "cottage style" annex was basic but clean. I would have rated higher but we asked for a quiet room on booking and were not told that a noisy wedding reception was the same night! Loud until midnight. Pity as setting is rural and away from town. Otherwise no complaints

A spacious and quirky British pub boasting a warm welcome with open fires. Just on the outskirts of the town centre, the A1 Retail Park and the many houses locally, The King's Reach is the first McMullen's pub situated in the up and coming Biggleswade.

I went here with my family for a meal. Great friendly service & delicious food. I had thai curry with scallop, king prawn, cod & monkfish served with sticky rice & prawn crackers. It was so tasty. I would definitely recommend going here for a good quality meal.

Traditional English country Pub with Bar, restaurant, patio and garden areas along with separate self contained function room along with a private dining room/conference room.
We visited for my grandparents birthday. All the meals were served together (7 of us) and well presented. I had the White Horse Burger and itâs one of the best burgers Iâve had. It was so juicy and tender, it was beautiful. Was served with chips and coleslaw. Iâd definitely recommend this as a main as it was just mouth watering. Also had the raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake for desert which was also very nice. Friendly staff, overall great meal out.
