My wife and I heard about Theory and decided to stop in on a Friday evening for some wine and live music. What a fantastic place! They have a great selection of wines (we tried a great Italian wine flight) as well as what they call "Small Bites" (snacks that pair well with wine). I tried the cheese plate, which was excellent and reasonably priced. The group appearing when we went was a jazz quartet featuring Michael Feinberg; also highly recommended! In addition to wine tasting and live music, they host story slams and even book events in conjunction with Andover Bookstore.Great wine and snacks with live entertainment in an intimate setting without having to deal with parking and crowds in Boston. What more could you ask for! Can't wait to go back.

âFolksy fixture with outdoor seating offering slow-smoked barbecue & southern fare, plus beer & wine.
I've eaten here at least a dozen times in the past two years, only for lunch, and always enjoyed the experience. Almost everything is good to excellent, servers are welcoming and the place generally feels cozy and comfortable.

Slow service, with not the level you expect for a chain restaurant. The food came out hot, and tasted as it should. Please give our Guest Engagement Team a call at 1-800-983-4637 so we can speak to you directly about your experience. Thanks!

What a disappointment. Took my daughter here for her birthday expecting a nice lunch. Ordered the chicken and rice special and it was dry, dry, dry. The best part was the side of corn which I dumped on the chicken and rice to try and moisten it...no luck. A very big disappointment. This is Lisa with the 99 Guest Relations Department. The food is better than ever. You have to try the soups, always yummy. The salad selections are always great and the piffiterols a must!! A fun place to visit with great food selections. Entertainment on the weekends too which is difficult to find these days.

Had a nice late lunch after a business meeting with a group of six. Would have been better not to squeeze six adults into a booth. Service was fine. Food was better than an average. Scollops were tasty and the veggies done perfectly.

Great decor, professional atmosphere and staff. Broad menu with lots of tempting options. My claim chowder was really excellent, smooth with tender clams. My fish tacos were flavorful, could have used more spice and flavor but overall good. The sweet potato fries were soggy and oily. Nice experience. Excellent waitstaff.

LaRosa's located on Barnard St. just off Rt. 28 (Main St.) in the town center. Two large town/public parking lots very close. It's moved from mainly a fast service to a full service restaurant during the last few years. Plus added outdoor seating. Food is excellent. Sandwiches, salads and Italian specialties. I've been for both lunch and dinner and it's always good. So's the service. If you're in the area don't miss this place.
