We had an evening meal and breakfast here. Great food & big portions. The guys are very friendly and take the time to have a conversation with you. They are located in the Old Town and well worth a visit. We definitely will be returning when we are back over.Thanks for taking the time out to give us your feedback. Always worth a visit to this little beach front bar / restaurant located just beside the Old Town on the Poniente side.Two Visits over our break 1st was Lunchtime Brunch - Toasty and Sausage Sandwich - served with a Chilled Beer and a superb much needed Coffee :) :)2nd was Lunchtime Brunch - Toasty and Sausage Sandwich - served with a Chilled Beer and, well, more Chilled Beer :) :)Give it a visit - even just for a beer in a superb location.Thank you so much

Just back from an amazing holiday in the very pretty Altea. We came to this bar a few nights whilst we were there and enjoyed it very much. The staff were really lovely and friendly, we had great mojitos and nibbles whilst watching the world go by. It's situated on one of the many pretty streets in Altea, near the church. Staff were rude when asked to warm up breakfast as it was stone cold. Could see them all poking the fingers in the beans and then disgustingly warmed the same beans and put the back on our plate! Manager came out and shouted being very rude to us! Told we are not in England anymore and if the manager is 70 years of age so if she wants to shout she may...JOKE OF A PLACEYou were our first breakfast serving of the day and I will grant you that the beans may have been a little cold from the fridge, however your breakfasts weren't "stone cold" and the 3 of you finished your plates.Your accusation of staff sticking their fingers in your food and serving it back to you is outright slander and a lie, your breakfast's were transferred to a new clean plate, your cold beans were discarded and we provided 4 separate pots of fresh beans and tomatoes to your table.

I came back to Benidorm after a while and it mostly happens that places I liked loose the quality but not Scoobies! The pleasant young couple seem to work with care, love and passion and I have extreamly enjoyed my meal. We visit this cafe bar everyday whenever we are in Benidorm, yes, itâs like our local back home, friendly staff, fun atmosphere, great food, nothing is too much trouble, give it a try you wonât want to leave!

Our annual Benidorm is never complete unless we visit this little gem. Had to postpone our visit as the owners were celebrating their wedding anniversary. Congratulations from all of us. We will be back same time next year. Great food, good measures, good value for money. Make sure you stop by. Everyone needs a break from the all inclusive buffets. Just down the hill from all the RH hotels. Already looking forward to my next lot of chips. Thankyou all so much for such a great review. Really happy you enjoyed your food and drinks. We look forward to seeing you all again next year .

We were staying at the Grand Bali hotel fed up with terrible food and service we were out and about looking for somewhere to get a decent meal, we met the owner outside who confirmed he was open and we would not be disappointed with the food. He kept his promise we had a great meal and enjoyed good company, made our last night memorable thanks

This great place was just a short walk from our apartment so we headed there for an evening meal, and itâs a really quaint place with a chilled vibe. We sat outside initially but due to a storm that decided to hit the coast and cause a blackout we had to quickly move inside! Merita quickly brought out some romantic lights and we carried on dining inside while the rain lashed down - it made it really memorable! Really glad we stopped by and couldnât recommend it highly enough. Hello what a great storm I think we all enjoyed it. Was lovely to meet you and hopefully see again sometime

I was staying in Benidorm at at the wonderful Rainbow Rentals around the corner where Refuel was recommended to us for breakfast.I had a vegetarian breakfast with an egg exchanged for crispy bacon. The quality of the food was fantastic, a very nice change from the usual substandard quality in the area. Good value, good quality food cooked to perfection and a happy helpful host that nothing was too much trouble for. Lovely view overlooking the sea is also a bonus. I will be back with the girls.
