Small car park. Used to be good friendly efficient staff but today even though I had obvious walking problems was only helped carrying a drink to the table as an after thought after my wife was carrying the drinks. My sister was constantly pushed by the back of her chair to rush us to vacate our table if you want a nice long relaxing meal this is not the place to visit. Itâs a shame that we did not feel welcome here as we have members of our family and friends who live here it was a good meeting up place.

On arrival there was a warm welcome by Ali and his staff. We ordered drinks and were seated in a very comfortable booth with soft lighting. Warm, crisp poppadums and a tray of accompaniments arrived, along with onion bharjis- all golden and crisp. Chicken Madras - lovely and spicy, and chicken Rogan Josh - full of rich tomatoes and onions, were our mains. These were served with soft pilau rice and a rich soft and crisp Peshwari naan bread. All the food is served in generous portions and we were both too full to contemplatedesert. All in all a wonderful meal. If you donât try Sagar Premier then you donât know what youâre missing!!

I think this is the best Indian meal I have ever tasted. The food was extremely tasty, great flavours and good portion sizes. The mango salad was especially delicious. The service was a bit haphazard but it wouldn't put me off going again because the food was devine.

The food was not up to standard and we left most of it.Ive been in catering for 40 years i do not like catering establishments who flaunt the law, this will be passed on to the environmental health. ,Hi koi1Thank you for your feedback, your feedback is very important to us, it gives us the chance to improve our quality of food and service and rectify any issues or mistakes, I have looked into the issues which you have mentioned in your recent review on trip advisor, on the night of your visit to the takeaway we had a guest in our takeaway whom used a e-cig and you've mistaken it for a cigarette, our guest was not aware that using e-cig is not permitted in our premises and he has been cautioned, due to the hot weather condition our guest wore a sandals. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you are looking for somewhere that serves consistently high standards of food, a buzzing atmosphere and attentive staff Barton Bangla Brasserie Restaurant is the place for you. Catering to both a la carte and takeaway customers they offer a service tha
The service was very poor indeed. The walls by our table were splattered with food. The food was average (just) and not served over hot-plates, so became very cold quickly. We were very disappointed with our visit and would not return. We would not usually leave a poor review but disappointment is such that we feel it is merited.

Living locally, this was our second visit to this restaurant. Our first visit, a few months ago was great, the service, the staff, the food was excellent. Decided to have another evening meal there yesterday. (we have also used its take-away sevice)Once again enjoyed the evening, staff, service and food was great. I ordered a Phal - which was excellent. I also ordered a cucumer raita (not on the menu) - unfortunately the raita was not just right - however this was immediately dealt with and was replaced with an excellent raita - must give full marks for such service - it did not spoil the meal.Highly recommend this restaurant - they have a great choice of dishes. Toilet facilities are excellent, parking is not an issue, inside the restaurant - well designed, modern and a nice ambience. Also, meal-wise you get more than ample servings. Highly recommend the pickle tray as a starter (for sharing) he had poppadoms with it - also the Lime Pickle and Chilli Pickle are excellent (but you need to have liking for strong flavoured spices) - could not eat all of both - asked if I could have the remainder of both to take home - was not a problem - pickles put into pots to take home. This restaurant shall remain on our favourite list of places to eat.

The decor is far more pleasant than many restaurants we have visited and the food matches its smart appearance. It was quite busy for a weekday so we were impressed that all our courses landed in a timely fashion. I don't think we could have managed another bite. The staff are pleasant and nothing is too much effort, they made our anniversary a lovely experience. Thanks. We will be sure to tell our friends
