Yep... we needed a flag to tackle this amazing mountain of food.Eggs Benny, Smashed Avo and Zucchini Fritters were our poison of choice. The fritters were deep fried and a little brown but very tasty. My eggs Benny was bloody awesome. Yep, worth a visit. Take your spare tummy!
We like to keep it all simple, use local produce when possible and cook our food with love. All the team here enjoy a feed and we like all our visitors to do the same.
A nice little cafe when you don't feel like cooking whilst camping. Very nice pizzas, delicious flathead fillets and chips or bucket of squid and salad plus coffee, milkshakes or a variety of beverages. Eat inside or on the verandahs, variety of board games if you wish or magazines to read. Great service, great views of Two Mile Lake and the Bombah Point Ferry. Don't miss the Information Centre in the old Legge's Guest House, very informative. And if a Holiday Park guest the kids can swim in the pool. Small menu however - Soup, Pizza and small range of Seafood.

Open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 5.30pm
I always have difficulty choosing from the menu but usually something will jump out and grab me but not at Sandpipers. The menu was so varied and everything sounded so delicious I just could not decide. We ended up sharing a couple of entrees that were stunning. The crab arancini was delicate and deliciously yummy and the Aloo Chop was sensational. It tasted just like a samosa but without the heavy pastry just breadcrumbs. Total opposites of each other. My partner had tagliatelle with lobster in a tomato sauce with a little chilli on the side. He said it was awesome. I opted for the barramundi and salad which was cooked perfectly. There were so many different things to choose from. The staff were all very attentive and friendly and the bill very reasonable. Definitely recommend this restaurant and will certainly be back to try some other dishes

A leafy cafe popular with the locals, just off the main street and worth searching out for the best coffee in town.
We had a really lovely lunch here - great menu with lots of good options, both healthy and more indulgent! We had the Asian chicken salad and the tiger prawn tacos and both were delicious! All the other food coming out looked great too. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back for breakfast.

We had a lunch here after a ferry ride from Nelson Bay.The place is in a heritage building and also has an outside area on the side. It was open and not air conditioned - which was OK for temperature but allowed some flies inside.Service from the family was good and the staff were friendly. Prices were reasonable. My wife had a 'fromage and charcuterie' platter and could not finish it, as it was quite large. She enjoyed the homemade dishes very much.I had gluten free roast pork dish, which was plated as a gourmet meal and was delicious.

Mumm's on the Myall is located on the riverfront in Tea Gardens. Our focus is on GOOD FOOD with a focus on Seafood. The owner is a fifth generation, local fisherman with over 30 years in the seafood industry. With amazing views along the Myall River and t
Mumms was recommended to us and we were glad to stop by for lunch. This is a popular spot overlooking the river. We chose the delicious seafood chowder which was really well rated for us from all the seafood chowders we have had all over the world...including San Francisco.Plus we had the oysters mornay which were hot and tasty.Service was great and friendly.Itâs not cheap but we felt worth it.

Cafe by Day,, Restaurant by Night..Superb Location & Cuisine
Even on a rainy day it was lovely to visit the Boatshed for breakfast, with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. I enjoyed the corn fritters with bacon, poaches eggs, tomato relish and spinach, while my husband had the eggs benedict with smoked salmon, and our friends both had a green bowl. The cakes in the fridge looked so good (and freshly house made) that I wished I had room to try one!
