My wife and I stayed here for the week end. The accomodation was brilliant. Beautiful, modern cabins with comfortable beds. We ate at the restaurant twice and each time the food was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine and whiskey tasting. The Hamptonâs Staff/management were extremely attentive and more than willing to make our stay a little extra special. Definitely will be coming back again.

We had an early dinner to take advantage of the beautiful sunset view. The hostess was so accommodating and opened up the doors [even though it was freezing!] so we could take photos. Such a friendly and lovely lady, and the food was really nice - grilled barramundi, Moreton Bay bugs, sticky date pudding. Located in a stand alone cottage on a quiet country road it felt quite remote! We will definitely be back.

Three Little Pigs believes in providing impeccable service and a classic dining atmosphere.
We dined here recently for dinner after seeing the great reviews. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and I would like to visit again when the weather is cooler and the fire is going. We ordered pork belly and spicy pork which was a generous size and cooked perfectly. Would recommend this place to visit.

We had an enjoyable Sunday lunch (pot pie, fish 'n' chips, chicken parmy) with fantastic views. There are plenty of tables inside and out with awesome views of the scenic rim. Service was fast for a busy bistro, with the service at the bar being slower. The 2 St. Bernards are a draw card, but sleeping when we visited. Would visit again for lunch.

Recently visited the Settlers resturant at Canugra hotel on a day trip. Was an excellent spot to stop in for lunch and ice cold cider. Historically charming public bar and resturant set in an amazing part of Queensland. Beautiful old world decor coupled with amazing food, country food along with contemporary burgers and wood fired pizzas. Meal sizes would keep a stockman happy and the fresh and well cooked dishes do not disappoint. Prices are a little more expensive than you would find on the coast where competition is more prevalent, however, the public bar do offer an array of $15 specials. Definitely happy we stopped in here for lunch and would be delighted to go back again.

We stayed at O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat for a short break and dined in the restaurant for 2 nights and 2 breakfasts. The food is very good, but also be prepared to pay a lot for what you get!The breakfast is buffet style, and there is a mountain of food - all of it very good.

If you're ever wandering through Canungra and there doesn't look like many choices on offer, try Canungra pizza. We found the pizzas very good value for money with just the right amount of topping. You can eat in or takeaway. We had the capriccosia and the super special, both were delicious and hit the spot.

What a shame our day was ruined by the mere fact no one was watching children AND adults leading the alpacas. The 4 of us got quite distressed today when we watched kids trying to forcefully drag alpacas around while parents laughed and clapped and took their instagram shots! It was awful to watch the alpacas put their ears back and stand their ground and kids yanking really hard and no staff around to say to stop! When we went into the alpaca shop part the girl at the counter was telling a guy the "big alpacas are easier because they are used to it but the small ones are afraid and will run from you" which I thought was so sad if they're frightened. Another girl appeared behind the counter taking alpaca walking bookings and complained how so many were being taken off the walking list today because they " weren't being compliant" well so they bloody should! We had a lovely spot on the creek with our picnic basket but all we could do was see these poor creatures being skull dragged around. Shame on you for being so money grabbing that you allow these calm, friendly animals to be treated in such a way.Thank you for your feedback regarding your visit to our Vineyard. The scene that you have described is indeed distressing. The care, well being & happiness of the alpacas is very important to us & our friends at the Mountview Alpaca Farm who own the alpacas and operate the 'alpaca walks' on our property. Together we have reviewed your feedback and agree that there needs to be visible "Rules for walking alpacas" for all guests interacting with the alpacas. The Mountview Alpaca farm owners have moved very swiftly on this and have erected a large sign detailing the rules and expectations of visitors when walking the Alpacas. I did want to paste a copy of the sign here on Trip Advisor but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be an option. There are 8 rules in total and below is an overview of a few of the rules;1. Adult supervision is essential for children under 16 years & accompanying adults are responsible for ensuring children's safety.5. Do not run with the alpacas or pull on their halter excessively.7. If you have trouble getting your alpaca to move along, ask one of our staff for help and we will assist you. Do NOT yank on the lead.8. Anyone acting in an unsafe manner or distressing an animal will have their alpaca experience terminated early without refund. We are sorry that your visit to our Vineyard was impacted others not caring for the alpacas, however thank you for sharing your feedback as it has enabled us, along with the Mountview Alpaca Farm, to do all possible to prevent this from happening again. We do hope to see you again in the near future.

Cafe Metz is a Family owned business, we pride ourselves in great food, great service and amazing coffee. We also have a great range of home-made cakes and meals, from eggs Benedict to pancakes and crepes. Great for families, bikers and travelers explorin
Came here for brunch and ordered the home made sausage roll. It was even better than expected! The staff are friendly and the decor is cozy. Definitely stop by if you are in town. Iâve also heard the coffee is perfect but have yet to try!
