Fusion Art Bar & Tapas is a quirky space in the heart of Cairns. We specialise in good coffee, fine wine and great food (focusing on smaller share plates). It has an industrial, up cycled and vintage look with old exposed red brick walls and high concrete
By far one of the best restaurants in Cairns and have only discovered it just now. The food is amazing! And I can only recommend for everyone to try everything! The sprouts are delicious as well for the haloumi! Everything was so good. Laura was serving our table and she helped us so good and knew so much about all the food. Definitely will visit again!

Dundee's at the Cairns Aquarium is the perfect place to sit back, relax and dine whilst enjoying the wonderful aquarium views
My partner, daughter and I visited Dundeeâs last Friday night following a recommendation in our hotel. From the moment I booked the table with Jack, to navigating through being late (there are two Dundeeâs in Cairns!), to the service and professionalism of the staff, to the incredible food, this was an outstanding experience.Jack and, in particular our waiter, Brendan are courteous and welcoming gentlemen and professionals who couldnât do enough to make us feel welcome, with particular focus on our three year old. The Aquarium Platter was sensational and worth every cent. The leftover fish the following day was the best lunch Iâd had for some time! I cannot speak for the rest of the menu, but based on the seafood and service this is a restaurant which will not disappoint anyone. And you can watch soothing, swimming fish while you eat!Thank you, Jack and Brendan.Estée, Rana-May and Paul

Attended a hen party dinner at the end of the month and boy it didnât disappoint. The only silent hen party Iâve been to - the food was so good there wasnât a peep! The amazing quality was only surpassed by the fantastic service we got from Sam who really made an impression on us all (and spoiled us for future restaurants - weâll never experience the like elsewhere!)Between us I think the whole menu was tasted and there was no critique or bad words to say about it. Canât wait for the next visit

Super delicious breakfast and shakes. Really tasty and great quality. The staff member was on her own on this particular day and was working so hard. She maintained her professionalism and standards by making us feel very welcome and was still really prompt with the meals. The standard of food didnât slip either, super tasty. 5 stars.

At Isles Lane we have taken cues from big city eating houses found across the globe and added our own modern Australian twist. Isles Lane is a CBD destination which is perfect for coffee; breakfast; lunch; dinner; an after-work knock-off or celebration. L
My 9 year-old son and two friends had a great time at the kids' cooking classes in the Easter school holidays learning how to make their own healthy, tasty lunch snacks. This is such a great idea from Isles Lane and their set-up is perfect for every child to see whatâs going on and to have a turn - in a real restaurant, beside real chefs and not too far from customers. If your kids love MKR or Masterchef, then it's a fair bet they'd love to be among this action. As I sat back having a coffee, I couldnât help but notice how much every one of the participants was enjoying the class, with happy smiles. The kids even get to take their tasty treats (or what is left of them) home. Really good value (at $15 per child) and well run. As word gets around, these classes are going to book out fast. Iâd recommend following this class up with an afternoon exploring the city, checking out the activities at the Museum of Brisbane, GOMA or Southbank. Congratulations Isles Lane on such an enjoyable (and practical) holiday activity.Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a great review for us :) We're so glad your son enjoyed the class and we hope you'll spread the word as we will be putting on classes every school holiday.
