Went for dinner with colleagues and it was quite simply wonderful. We had a shared board of prosciutto to start and a glass of prosecco. Rib eye steak followed cooked to absolute perfection with a side of broccolini and chips along with an amazing red wine (didnât choose it so canât say what it was) but it was heaven in a glass!Finished off with sorbet and a wee nip of desert wine. Our waiter was Mark who gave good banter and we enjoyed his company. The ambience was great and we could actually have a conversation without shouting at one another, but you could still hear the music in the background - the acoustics are spot on. It was quite busy for a Thursday night, but our needs were met with near perfection and the food was divine.I dont know why I waited so long to visit but it wonât be long before a return visit - thank you to all the team, big pat on the back to you all for a simply wonderful night.

Previously known as Mudlarks cafe
I chose a beer and burger for my late lunch. The beef burger was well made with quality ingredients and the beer was at just the right temperature. Service was good and water was brought with the menu. My only "beef" was that the burger came on a wooden platter (with knife cuts) with a dagger plunged through it and the chips were in a take away coffee cup. I prefer a proper plate that can be washed thoroughly. The front door is narrow, but I suppose a wheelchair might fit, otherwise it is dine at the pavement tables.

The Cornish Arms attacts a young crowd who want to have fun. Young families are welcome. The on-tap beer is all vegan, there are lots of vegan food options. Booking in advance is advisable, The night I visited the dining room was booked out. The Cornish Arms holds a trivia quiz on Thursday night and also on Sunday afternoon. The beer is cold and the staff are friendly, what nore could you want?

Weâve been a fans of Adrian Richardson from way back. So itâs only logical that we were keen to taste his food for long time. The only reason being that La Luna is a rather pricey restaurant. However, our wish came true when recently we visited with family for a special occasion. All we can say is that it turned out to be a great experience and surpassed all expectations. Fantastic food and service. My reaction when I faced my 330g medium/rare Porterhouse was, OMG, Iâll never be able to eat all that...surprise, surprise, once I took a bite, just couldnât stop...it was to die for! And so it goes for everyone around the table. And then, it was dessert time... the taster plate was definitely a blast with other family members. My Affogato topped with a gorgeous French pear liqueur was just Devine. Expensive? Yes! But whoâs complaining? Many thanks Adrian and staff for an unforgettable night. Keep up the good work! Thanks Lovely it was our pleasure

My boyfriend loves the coffee here, but Iâm not a fan of everything else. Iâm not a coffee drinker, and the milkshakes are essentially just overpriced chocolate powder and milk. The breakfast food isnât great, and definitely overpriced for the quality and amount you get. However the atmosphere is nice as itâs a coffee brewery, and my boyfriend likes the coffee a lot (heâs a bit of a coffee snob).

Not just a burger joint, but a bar and live music venue in the heart of Brunswick East. Open 11 'til late 7 days a week.
We ordered âThe Filthyâ burger and poutine. I wasnât very happy with the burger, felt that there was no love in the patty and the sauce wasnât the best. The chips would have been nice on their own as the gravy and cheese they use made everything taste a bit off. Cool bar though.
