Misugo Japanese - fresh sushi and Japanese cuisine in Windsor. Family owned since 2000, eat in or takeaway. Voted Top 13 Restaurants in Windsor by Time Out.
Stopping by last weekend with my other half and stumbled across this restaurant which had a bright LED lit sign which looked really cool. I've not has sushi out of London before but this looked very traditional so we thought we would give it a try. To our suprise the Sushi was very fresh (we had some sashimi and some hand rolls) and the cooked food was good too. I will certainly be returning next time we drop by the area.

Very expensive and very small portions.Ribs were fatty. And satay chicken on sticks was very dry and chewyHardly any peanut sauce in pot.Crispy duck was all fat and bones.Probably worse Chinese we have had and most expensive!!!Wonât be getting takeaway from here again.Hi,Thanks for your review but unfortunately I donât know who you are and where does your comments come from , as we only choose the best meaty ribs on market and normally 2.5 times expensive than normal Chinese takeaway shops as we are the fine dining restaurant with delivery service and not a takeaway shop. And the satay chicken is very tender and soft itâs impossible to chewy hard and dry. And our duck we buy the best raw to cook and prepare properly and none of fat left on it and of course duck with bones but we separate the bones in side to show you as people prefer to see the separate duck bones on side. And we are not expensive compared to our food standard and quality. Probably I know where you come from as you are too jealous of about our busy business but I think you focus on your business better than smite with the tongue on untrue things. As the more focus on your business food quality you will have no time do leave such a babyish comment! Wish you have good business in the future and we all grow healthy!

Was really excited about visiting here as the reviews seem really good and this was my Husband's Birthday meal! We ordered the Chicken Gyoza's (which were delicious), Salmon Sashimi (Which was OK), The California Roll (Disappointing), Salt & Pepper Squid (Overcooked and Chewy), 2 x Katsu Curries (Average). Overall, the food was very mediocre and the bill (£45) was a little high considering the actual food quality we got. I felt a little off afterwards too despite being an avid sushi fan. Based on this, I can't say I would return.

Thai Square came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was very impressive and the food was superb. Friendly , welcoming staff providing first class service, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Will definitely be dinning here again and often .Many thanks for your positive feedback. Friendly, quick service in this dated but clean restaurant. I loved the chui yim squid (battered, fried with shallots, garlic & very very mild raw chilli). This was excellent! My takeaway Singapore special fried rice was very very average and lacking the promised spice. (The sizzling ribs that were carried past my table looked and smelled amazing!!!!)

Fine Dine Restaurant
We turned up on the off chance on a Friday night. We were seated straight away and drinks ordered. The menu was a little different and not a huge one at that but the food was amazing and served very hot. The restaurant was very loud and couldnt have a nice chat without shouting at each other. My only complaint was the cost: no starters, no breads and only 1 dessert and the bill was £70 for 2 of us. Anyway the food was great so guess thats what you get for eating in Windsor.

Experience the exciting atmosphere at Javitri restaurant. A deliciously diverse menu of authentic Indian & Bangladeshi cuisines. Our chef has conjured up curry for every palate; a journey of discovery through the majesty and depth of Indian cooking. We ha
Large, modern Indian fairly central in Uxbridge. It is fairly typical of most Indian restaurants, offering all the usual Tandoori dishes, plus korma, Bhuna, etc. There is a range of more interesting specials. Not a place for a special event IMO, but good for a friends or family night out. Friendly service.

Visited the other night, and expected great things. The restaurant is lovely, and the staff and service were brilliant...but thatâs where I stop as the food wasnât up to much. I had a Goan prawn dish, which as watery and pretty bland, except for something that had a sour taste. The manchurian cauliflower was interesting and probably the best thing on the table, but that also had a sour note ( perhaps that was meant to be there). My friend had a chicken tikka, which wasnât smooth and was too hot for her taste. I have eaten in Gurkha restaurants before, and have been to Southern India and enjoyed many a flavoursome meal...so I speak from experience. Needless to say, I wonât be returning. Shame as the place is so nice. Maybe chef was having a bad day? Who knows.Dear smiletravels,Thank you very much for taking the time to give us a review. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as we always aim to improve on our customer service and quality of food.First of all, thank you for letting us know that the waiting staff and the service didn't let you down but it is disappointing to hear that you did not have a good experience with regards to the taste of the Goan Prawns. When it comes to the taste of our curries, we do pride ourselves with having our Chefs prepare fresh ingredients in our sauces and mixes. The soury taste in the Goan prawns comes from the Organic Kokum, a native fruit from India that is sometimes used in curries. We do take all comments on board and I have specifically discussed the watery consistency of the curry with our Head Chef to make sure the quality and taste can be improved. Please do reach out to us directly at [email protected] if you will be willing to give us more feedback and give us another chance to turn your experience around into a positive one.Sincerely,Prem TamangGurkha Royale Restaurant
