Going up North starting from TPLEX exiting at Tarlac, all the way to Manaog, Pangasinan, then to La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte and Cagayan, we missed Jollibee. We were too busy trying out the local food and delicacies of each provinces we passed by. Good thing we found Jollibee Tuguegarao and we had our UBS- Ultimate burger steak, truly Langhap Sarap, before proceeding to Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija and finally Pampanga. It was one ultimate North Luzon Trip this summer to remember!
When I hear or see the word Chowking, there's only one thing I remember, the best Filipino Halo-halo.This restaurant offer the best halo-halo in the country (at least for me). They also serve several chinese foods (are they chinese or japanese?). Their wantons are great and those noodle soups too.I miss Philippines! :(
Ate dinner and breakfast here while staying in Tuguegarao. The restaurant was clean and the staff were okay. The food was good, not great. The staff were less friendly compared to other Max's restaurants. Breakfast - chicken longganisa, egg and fried rice, to my disappointment, was served cold.
Parking is scarce, but other than that, everything is good. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed and Pillows so comfortable. Nice decor. Good food and good price. The pool is a plus.
It's a two-floor restaurant inside Mango Suites, which is a nice and modern hotel in Tuguegarao City. They are open at 6:15am up until 10pm (last call is 9:30pm). It's perfect for early breakfast especially for business travellers who are checked in the hotel. Their staff are friendly and very attentive. Food is good as well. We ordered two famous local dishes -- Tuguegarao longganisa and Pancit Ybanag. The longganisa was surprisingly very yummy. The pancit was a variation to the Tuguegarao-famous Pancit Batil Patung without much of the soup. It's not as delicious as we expected it to be, but not bad anyway. The serving is almost good for 2-3 people. Their iced tea, though not really unique, was very refreshing. Price is very reasonable as well. The general ambiance is nice and I'd definitely recommend this for those wanting to eat in comfort. Wifi is also available from the hotel lobby.
The ambiance is nice. It doesnt feel crowded even if it is. The food is good! We had chicken wings, sisig and lechon. Beers are served cold too. =) The bar holds performances during weekends. It's fun and the experience is good. Servers are very polite and always on the look out. =)

This place has a hotel and restaurant, but while their accommodations and lodgings leaves more to be desired, their food more than makes up for it. Hence, I think they should just stick to the restaurant and catering business. Their halo-halo is certainly worth it and that chicharon they sell is also quite good.
Where to Eat in Tuguegarao City: The Best Restaurants and Bars

Waited for more than 1 1/2 years to be back in Tugue and eat here again. I ordered the Super (Php80) and loved the crunchy karahay (fried/crispy pork) toppings. I noticed that the condiments were a bit different from the last time. Instead of fresh sili (capsicum) they now serve dried/dipped in soy sauce (?) chili sauce. Good thing the freshly chopped onions is still a staple and the slices of calamansi, too. I am not too fond of the egg drop soup that usually comes as a side dish. I like eating the noodles as it is. Served with ice cold coke- perfect!Best of all, it is so cheap- we only paid about US$5 for 3!
